He is the founder and CEO of Manage Squared (legal software), and owner of Solar Spirits (craft distillery); He serves on the Board of Tri-Cities Regional Chamber of Commerce, Gesa Credit Union, Wildland Labs and State of Motion; he also teaches business law at WSU-Tri Cities, Columbia Basin College, Fuse and Launch University.
Conger recently retired from Battelle/PNNL after 42 years, with the last 12 years as CFO. He has expertise investing including $5B in retirement funds; bond financing; leading finance, contract & IT functions and wining Lab bids/leading M&A transitions. Conger is on the Fuse board, as well as several laboratory boards and committees for Battelle, and is a past chair of Tri-City Regional Chamber.
