Adam Lennen leads the Investment Banking team in Melbourne for Jarden Australia. In a career spanning more than 25 years, Adam has extensive and diverse experience covering equity capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions. Before joining Jarden, Adam was Head of the Equity Capital Markets team for Credit Suisse Australia and New Zealand. Adam started his investment banking career with 4 years at Merrill Lynch followed by 22 years at Credit Suisse. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from The University of Melbourne.

Aidan Allen

Alex Farmer

Alex Farmer joined Jarden's Investment Banking team in 2021. Prior to joining Jarden, Alex worked at J.P. Morgan, where he spent 6 years advising clients on M&A and capital advisory assignments across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, industrials and transport & logistics. Alex has also worked in KPMG's Corporate Finance M&A team. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics degrees from the University of Tasmania.

Ben Gilbert

Ben leads Jarden's Australian research team and consumer sector coverage, developing independent and thought provoking insights to inform investor strategy. Ben joined Jarden from UBS, where he was head of the consumer research team, and deputy head of research for Australia and New Zealand, leading the development and promotion of UBS' alternative data offering across Australasia. With more than 15 years' experience in financial markets, Ben has a passion for using data, industry partnerships and his own research to develop game changing insights on companies and industries. Since 2015 he has consistently ranked as Australia's number one consumer analyst in multiple surveys across the retail and food & beverage sectors. Born and raised in Adelaide, Ben moved to Sydney to study, gaining a BCom from the University of Sydney.

Ben Lyons

Based in Jarden's Perth office, Ben Lyons brings more than 20 years' experience covering the Australian mining sector, from both the buy and sell sides. Ben joined Jarden from Yarra Capital Management, where he spent the past five years based in Melbourne as a foundation member of the organisation. As a Senior Investment Manager at Yarra, Ben held responsibility for covering the resources and energy sectors across all market capitalisations, feeding into a number of successful portfolio strategies. Prior to Yarra, Ben held the position of Portfolio Manager at ATI Asset Management, following eight years on the sell side with Macquarie and Citigroup. Ben gained a Bachelor of Accounting from Monash University, majoring in Accounting and Finance.

Bryce Thompson

Over the past 5 years, his focus has increasingly been on Australia's growing landscape of technology businesses and has advised some of the country's largest and most successful technology businesses including WiseTech, Xero, Zip, PEXA, Nuix among others - on both their private and public capital needs. Prior to this he spent 5 years at UBS in its General Industrials coverage team. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering (Hons) / Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University in Melbourne.

She previously worked in corporate finance and audit at Deloitte. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BCom majoring in econometrics and finance from the University Sydney.

Enrico Musso

Enrico has more than 11 years' experience in the capital markets. He has expertise in international and domestic corporate bonds, acquisition financing, corporate hybrids, regulatory capital structuring for banks and insurance companies, and risk hedging programmes. Enrico has also advised clients on complex debt refinancing and capital management projects. Enrico joined Jarden from UBS, where he held senior roles in both Sydney and London. He enjoys building long-lasting relationships with his clients, as well as the challenge of structuring and bringing to market innovative transactions. Born in Sweden to Italian parents, Enrico grew up in Italy and Spain. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is passionate about watersports, including surfing, windsurfing and wing foiling. He holds an MSc in finance and economics from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in business administration from LUISS in Rome.

Frank Sarks

Frank has over 20 years financial markets experience, with the past 18 years at Macquarie Equities on the institutional equities desk where he was instrumental in building out the domestic institutional coverage as a sales trader. With a strong relationship building skill set and an ability to handle liquidity, he has developed deep relationships with many of Australia's small and large cap investors, over a long period of time. Born and raised in Sydney, he holds a Bachelor of Economics (social sciences) from Sydney University. His interests include rugby and travel.

Freddie Cator

Freddie joined the Jarden equity sales team in November 2021. Freddie joined Jarden from Macquarie where he spent 5 years in a consulting and strategy position working with various business groups on strategic initiatives particularly focusing on data and analytics. Ian Arnold

Ian Arnold joined Jarden in August 2022 to help establish Jarden's Melbourne Investment banking presence. Ian joins Jarden after over 30 years with Credit Suisse in markets, across equity trading, sales, equity capital markets and investment banking. He was most recently a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Australia heading ECM syndicate. During Ian's 12+ years in Equity Capital markets he developed vast experience in follow on capitals raisings, IPO's, secondary sell downs and private capital raising. Ian previously headed Credit Suisse's equity sales desk in Melbourne and Sydney and spent time in New York with Credit Suisse. Ian commenced his career on the ASX trading floor and brings significant experience and long standing, trusted client relationships to the Jarden Melbourne team.

Jackson Ross

Jakob Cakarnis

Jakob Cakarnis has 10 years experience in the Finance Industry working initially as a Graduate within Macquarie Bank and as an Equity Research Analyst with Citi. Prior to this, Joe was Research Product Manager for institutional equities research at Commonwealth Bank and COO for equity research at Credit Suisse in Australia. John Spencer

John Spencer joined Jarden as a foundation leader in Australia after 22 years in markets across equity research, sales, equity capital markets and investment banking. He was most recently a Managing Director at UBS Australia heading ECM syndicate for ANZ where he syndicated more than 150 transactions representing $55bn over the last 5 years. John previously headed UBS's equity sales desk in Sydney, was a top-rated salesperson and was part of the team that established UBS's market-leading institutional block trading desk in 2016. John started his career in equity research at CSFB where he worked in a valuation group before roles at ABN Amro and Merrill Lynch as a sector analyst across Real Estate and Developers & Contractors. Jon Bishop

Covering the metals & mining sectors at Jarden, Jon works across circa $500 million to +$20 billion market cap companies across the industry. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in Geology and a post-graduate honours degree in Petroleum Geology. Before completing his Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and becoming an analyst, Jon worked with BHP at its Worsley JV, Boddington Gold & Boddington Bauxite operations as a junior geologist. He then undertook his post-graduate honours with Woodside Energy, completing his dissertation on the sequence stratigraphy & biostratigraphy of the northern Bonaparte Basin ahead of drilling the Jura-1 exploration well, which occurred at the end of his thesis. Going on to work full-time with Woodside, completing its three year graduate program as a geoscientist and then working within the New Ventures Division, Jon subsequently joined the business' Oil Marketing and Shipping Group. He initially focused on the operations, vessel chartering and formulation of Joint Operating Agreements for Woodside's oil and liquid hydrocarbon production interests, before moving into liquids marketing. After completing his applied finance accreditation, Jon joined Euroz Securities Ltd (now EurozHartleys Ltd) in late 2007, where he was initially a mining analyst before moving on to covering a range of small to mid cap energy companies, miners and explorers. Julien Dyon is Head of Financial Services in Corporate Advisory. Over the past 15 years, Julien has accumulated a broad range of M&A and financing experience having worked and advised on more than 50 transactions representing over $100bn in total transaction volumes.  He has worked across all segments of financial services including Banking, FinTech, Insurance and Wealth and Asset Management, including in the context of the restructuring, recapitalization and reshaping of the global financial services industry post the GFC.   Prior to joining Jarden, Julien was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group of Goldman Sachs in London and was responsible for the Banks and Speciality Finance sectors in Europe.  Julien holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of ParisX-Nanterre and a Master of Science in Management form EM Lyon Business School in France.

Kieren Chidgey
