Alana has always been interested in the beauty and wellness industry and decided to work for IWC to get back into doing what she loves. She was interested in the education side of it as she has only worked on salons and spas before. She plans to enroll in the IWC esthetics program this summer!

Ally Bearr

Job Titles:
  • IDL Specialist
- Graduate of IWC. Ally graduated from Noblesville High School in 2013 and is a proud alumna of IWC. She is an active practicing massage therapist at Indy Massage Company and specializes in chronic pain relief and injury rehabilitation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, bicycling, and getting lost in nature. She has been with IWC since graduation and has since gained a great deal of experience supporting students during their educational journeys. She currently holds the IDL Specialist position, and operates the school's LMS system. She remains committed to IWC because she has witnessed first-hand the magic of learning, career growth, and positive change. She believes in the sincere, genuine intent that lives in the heart of every single person on the IWC team and finds no greater fulfillment than helping to build brighter futures for every student that walks through the doors. Brandon Rutten

Brandon (BCTMB, LMT, RTT, YTT) is an IWC alumnus and has been practicing bodywork since 2008, specializing in Thai style massage and therapeutic acrobatics. He has also been practicing yoga for over 25 years. Through this time, he has witnessed so much growth in himself and those around him with these practices. Brandon appreciates IWC for its encouraging environment and well-rounded program and is proud to be a part of the IWC staff. It brings him great joy to be able to share the effects of Thai bodywork. At home, he's passionate about growing plants, camping, and playing board games.

Cael Savidge

Job Titles:

Cael Savidge is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from IWC in the fall of 2022! He is currently continuing his education at Ball State University majoring in Exercise Science. After his time at Ball State, Cael will be attending chiropractic school to become a D.C. When Cael isn't working in the health sciences you can find him performing on stage in musicals and plays. Cael is ecstatic to help guide the future Massage Therapists through their education here at IWC!

Chelsey Haraway

Chelsey is an LMT and a proud graduate of IWC. Along with massage therapy, Chelsey has a passion for animals and has rescued or assisted in the rescue/foster/adoption of around 50 animals. She strongly believes that IWC's program and staff changed her life and future for the better by giving her the support, education, and confidence to pursue her passion and encouraging her natural talents to grow. She wants to be a part of that opportunity and growth for others.

Chloe Boor

Chloe is a Licensed Esthetician and Licensed Educator, as well as a Makeup Designory Certified Makeup Artist and Educator. She is certified in; Lash lifting, Lash extensions, Microblading, Speed Waxing, and many other advanced procedures and modalities. As an Esthetician, she has a passion for helping people feel their most beautiful selves inside and out, and connecting with people in a way that is very unique to our industry. As an educator, her goal is to cultivate a fun and positive learning environment for students to grow their knowledge of beauty and wellness and develop the skills necessary to have a fulfilling and successful career in the industry. Chloe has chosen to work at IWC because, IWC is the example. From the beautiful facility which fosters an ideal learning environment, to their core values and the advanced modalities and included in their programs; IWC strives to go above and beyond for their students. The staff and leadership take a hands-on approach and are always continuing to grow and develop the program in a way that aligns with the ever-evolving industry.

Dainah Craft - CEO

Dana Dodson

Dana otherwise known as Receptionist Extraordinaire has an AAS in accounting, a BS in Education, an MBA and is currently working on a masters in strategic management. She has an obsession with shoes and have over a hundred pairs. Diane Micich

Dr. Christine I. Yu

  • System Anatomy and Pathology Instructor / Deep Tissue Instructor
Dr. Yu, Ph.D., BCTMB, is a holistic health practitioner who believes individuals are three-dimensional beings who deserve three-dimensional care. With degrees in spiritual formation, program evaluation and curricular design, massage therapy, and Developmental Psychology, she encourages students to assess and honor clients' health and wellness from all aspects. She chose to teach the musculoskeletal system, their respective pathologies, and deep tissue massage to massage students at Indiana Wellness College because she loves helping others understand the body and how we can facilitate wellness in others through massage therapy and bodywork. She also focuses on body mechanics while students are in the program to reduce the likelihood of low back pain and joint injury, so they are set up for success and longevity in this career. Dr. Mark Tyburski

Dr. T MD, joined IWC because he and Jason Craft taught at the same institution several years ago. They reconnected and Mr. Craft asked him if would be interested in teaching a class or two, he chose to accept the offer because they have similar teaching philosophies. Furthermore, he has taught at several places, it is easy to see the Crafts understand and implement all the "little things" which separate acceptable institutions from well-run institutions. Jason R. Craft

Jason R. Craft (LMT, BA, GTP), Director of Education & IWC Owner/Member is the head curriculum designer for IWC. Jason holds a truly geeky passion for curriculum and process systemization to better student outcomes. Having attended colleges in both the US and England, his sense of humor is quirky so expect oddball jokes and outdated pop-cultural references to aid in learning medical terminology. Jason studied Anatomy at the University of Utah cadaver labs where he saw dead people and has worked at multiple career training schools including having designed 2 full massage curriculums with National Licensing Exam pass rates consistently exceeding national averages. Having worked in a variety of spa and medical settings as well as having run private massage practices, Jason continues to see the need for massage as a part of Integrated Wellness for the public. Jason is also inspired by the significant change massage makes in the lives of his students who find purpose and economic benefit from a career in bodywork.

Jason Reed

Julie Powers

Julie is a professional makeup artist and licensed esthetician with a lifelong career in the performing arts. She earned a BA in Musical Theatre from Butler University and an MFA in Acting from Minnesota State University Mankato. Julie was the Makeup Department Head for the Pigasus Pictures film So Cold the River that wrapped principle photography in February 2020. She was key artist for the films The Good Catholic, Ms White Light and The Miseducation of Bindu, and an additional artist for the 2017 release "Columbus", and HBO's 2019 "OG". She was an owner of Brown County's Palace Theatre from 2009-2012, and has taught makeup, theatre, speech and interpersonal communication at colleges throughout the Midwest. Julie is excited to work at IWC, because it's clear that they are elevating the expectations for what Wellness education can be.

Kandice Richey - COO

Kandice has a BS in Health Administration from Indiana University and previously owned 3 franchise (Sport Clips). She is a devoted Mother of 3 boys and a dog Cooper. In her spare times she enjoys adventure, travel, sports, and live music!! She chose to work at IWC due to the culture and the energetic, supportive and encouraging team. Kandice is passionate about helping people and gets to experience that daily at IWC.

Kate Hansen

Kate is a mother of two who in her spare time loves to be outdoors and adventure with her kids making memories to last a lifetime. Kristy Gilmore

Raven is a LMT and Craniosacral Practitioner, who graduated from IWC. Raven wholeheartedly believes in holistic health and is very passionate about assisting her clients to achieve a stress and pain free lifestyle. When she is not at IWC or with clients you can find her enjoying nature, deep in a fiction book, and spending time with her family and pets. She chose to return to IWC, because as an alumna, she recognizes how amazing the program is and loves helping new students on their journey.

Sandra Rivera

Sandra is an LMT, who has been practicing massage therapy since 2004. She attended Indiana Wellness College in 2012 for continuing education in sports and medical massage. She has focused her career in the clinical field helping women. Sandra has continuing education in fertility, pelvic pain and external gyno visceral manipulation with Mercier Therapy, scar tissue, myofascial release, some lymphatic drainage, prenatal, and postpartum/postnatal massage. She practiced massage at Indiana Reproductive Acupuncture for 10 Years helping women optimize their pelvic health prior to conceiving. She helped reduced pain and stress from her prenatal and postpartum clients. She broke up scar tissue post c-section, fibroids, endometriosis, and double mastectomy surgery. She chose to work at IWC because she has a passion for teaching future Massage Therapist.

Stacey Clevenger

Stacey (LMT, BS, MS, Reiki Master), loves seeing the relief and happiness massage brings to people. Their happiness is contagious. Stacey is a certified Cupping Therapist and enjoys deep tissue and scraping modalities. Stacey has a background in psychology, art, teaching, Reiki, and working with people with disabilities. She chose to work at IWC because, as an alumna, Stacey appreciates the thoroughness of the program. Graduates are so well-equipped to be stellar massage therapists and Stacey wants to help make this happen for new students.
