We work closely with our community services (district nurses, health visitors, community matrons, social workers etc), and with the voluntary sector in Knutsford... Knutsford Medical Partnership is an integrated network across the GP surgeries within Knutsford. The Partnership has 4 sites - Annandale Medical Centre, Town Lane Surgery, Manchester Road Medical Centre and Toft Road Surgery with around 100 members of staff looking after appox. 23,300 patients... We are a GP Partnership working across 5 sites to deliver high quality care to approximately 23,300 residents of Knutsford and its surrounding areas. Our sites are Annandale, Manchester Road, Toft Road and Town Lane (Mobberley), we also run clinics from Knutsford Community Hospital.
