Anna Broeders works as Talent Manager at Linköping Science Park, Linköping, Sweden. The main focus of her work is strategic talent attraction and employer branding. In addition, she works to attract talent to the Science Park, the region and the country but also creates value for those who already work in Linköping Science Park. Before starting the position at Linköping Science Park, Anna worked as a recruitment consultant for tech talents. Therefore, she knows the target groups' wishes and needs well. With a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Development, she has an academic base in her work.

Lena Miranda has been the CEO of Linköping Science Park since 2014. She is also the vice chairman of the International Association of Science parks and areas of innovation, IASP. She has also served as chairman of the Swedish Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation for five years as well as a member of the Swedish Innovation Council led by the Prime minister of Sweden. Ms Miranda has a background in entrepreneurship. Before joining Linköping Science Park, Lena Miranda ran her own company for ten years and also worked for several years in startups in Sweden. Currently, she is very engaged in topics covering emerging innovation ecosystems, missions and system innovation.
Since 1984, the company park Mjärdevi in Linköping Östergötland, has been a place where talent grows. It started with the establishment of a few research and technology companies, in near proximity to the university. The power, the knowledge and the ambition of these people made the foundation of a community, which in three decades has grown into being a leading international environment for innovation and growth.
