MECC MOMENTS

The intended goal is to create a focus on prevention and build on the success of existing local work already taking place. Together we can have a big impact on population health and wellbeing and reduce demand on public services. MECC is a key driver for achieving the prevention priorities set out by the Cheshire & Merseyside Health & Care Partnership. To support organisations to implement and embed MECC, a suite of resources for training, communications and evaluation is available.
