Daniel Natalie is an Associate Attorney at Martin Jolic and Associates, LLC. His interest in immigration began while growing up in southwest Ohio, where he worked at different agencies serving the region's seasonal migrant worker community. He carried that spirit of service into his legal practice, which has included not only years of experience handling a broad array of immigration issues, but also the provision of civil legal services to immigrants, especially victims of crime, violence, and persecution. Dan is a member of the Ohio bar and is admitted to federal practice in the Northern District of Ohio. He is a graduate of Miami University and of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Dan speaks fluent Spanish.
Evan Hunt is an Associate Attorney with Martin Jolic and Associates, LLC. Evan graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology. He then earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the George Washington University Law School. An Ohio native, Evan has worked in the Immigration Law field in D.C., Miami, and Cleveland. He handles an array of cases, including family-based permanent residency applications, nonimmigrant visas, and other immigration matters. Evan works on J-1 Exchange Visitor Waivers, O-1 Visas, H-1B, and other visa categories. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio as well as in the District of Columbia.
Magda Vlcek joined Martin Jolic and Associates, LLC in 2006 as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal and is now a Senior Paralegal. She assists Attorney Stacy Cozart with employment and family-based petitions. She holds a Diploma in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College. Magda was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States in 1994. She is fluent in Polish and Czech, in addition to English.

Michael Jolic is a Managing Member and Partner at Martin Jolic and Associates, LLC. He has worked in the Immigration Law field since 1997 and has a wealth of experience in a broad range of immigration matters. On a day-to-day basis, Michael works on various nonimmigrant visa cases, including H-1B, L-1A/B, O-1, R-1, TN and other categories. Michael devotes a large percentage of his practice to healthcare immigration. Born in Slovenia, Michael immigrated to the United States in 1996. Prior to that, he lived in Linz, Austria, where he volunteered with a local non-profit organization as a translator. In addition to English, Michael speaks fluent German, Slovenian, and Serbian/Croatian.

Taline Helwajian joined Martin Jolic and Associates, LLC in summer 2023 as a Paralegal. She assists Attorney Michael Jolic with employment and family-based petitions. Taline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University, Northridge and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego, School of Law. Taline immigrated to the United States from Lebanon in 1984. She speaks Armenian, in addition to English.
