PARRAMON + TAHULL

On different programs and themes, we work with diverse needs and resources, providing respectful and balanced solutions, sensitive both to the surroundings and to the pre-existing structures... The orientation of the plot allows a south facade facing the garden on the ground and first floor. The facades of the street and the passage are secluded with the exception of the ground floor, where we wanted to guarantee permeability and transparency in the access to the building... The way the new building is placed conditions and modifies the free space generated around it. We work the outward relationship with the existing plaza and the street and the inward relationship with the inner courtyard, as the opportunity to create a quiet garden on two levels.
