Phoenix House Academy - Outpatient Center, a program of Phoenix Houses of Los Angeles, Inc., is certified by the California Department of Health Care Services, Certification No.190115EN, for Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment. The certification, issued on 15 October 2023, is valid to 31 October 2025. Since 2003, this program has also been Drug Medi-Cal-certified for outpatient and intensive outpatient, perinatal treatment (Certification No. 1945) as well as certified for Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services for youth by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (Certification No. 7356).
