Adi Garg joined Parthenon Capital in 2022 as Director, Technology Strategy and Implementation. He has over 30 years of experience leading technology, strategy, product, and software development at multiple firms.
At Parthenon Adi advises CEOs and CTOs on strategically leveraging technology to maximize growth while minimizing risks. He helps executive teams solve problems using technology in the dimensions of innovation, customer experience, org design, process improvement and core engineering (product mgmt., software development, systems integration, analytics, infrastructure, and cyber security).
EXPERIENCE
Prior to Parthenon, Adi was the CTO of two successful Parthenon portfolio companies - Allworth Financial, and HD Vest - where he led all aspects of product and technology functions. He has also held technical and leadership roles at Citibank and FedEx, among other well-known firms.

Adi earned his Bachelor's in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, his M.S. in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, and his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University

Prior to joining Parthenon, Alex was a Real Estate Private Equity Summer Analyst at Blackstone. While at Blackstone, Alex worked on all aspects of value enhancement of the office portfolio, as well as refinancing and disposition strategies.

Andrew Dodson is a Managing Partner of Parthenon Capital and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Andrew is located in San Francisco and is Head of the San Francisco office. Andrew joined Parthenon Capital in 2005. He is an active investor in business services, financial services, insurance, software, and technology. Since joining Parthenon, Andrew has been actively involved with the firm's investments in Allworth Financial, AmWINS Group, ASG, Bryant & Stratton, Cherry Bekaert, Choreo, Coastal Credit, EdgeCo Holdings, Envysion, H.D. Vest, ICD, loanDepot, Millennium Trust, Relation, ScentAir, Seaside National Bank & Trust, Titan Wealth, Venbrook and Wildlands.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon, Andrew was a Consultant with Bain & Co. While at Bain, he focused on mergers and acquisitions, cost control, and corporate strategy for middle market technology companies.
Andrew was also a financial analyst for Enron Corporation in the company's retail group. In this role, he structured multiyear swaps with companies in multiple industries to hedge their energy exposure.
Prior to Enron, he worked for Trilogy, Inc., an enterprise software company in Austin, Texas. At Trilogy, Andrew focused primarily in business development, establishing partnerships to spur growth for one of Trilogy's subsidiaries.

Andrew earned his B.A. - phi beta kappa, magna cum laude - from Duke University and his M.B.A with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School.

EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon, Anne was a 2021 Summer Analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance where she worked on deals within the healthcare, industrial, and technology industries. During her junior year of college, Anne also worked with the Duff & Phelps Valuation Digital Solutions team where she aided in the development of a subscription-based tool for estimating cost of capital.

Anne graduated from the University of Chicago where she earned her B.A. in Economics and was a member of the NCAA DIII lacrosse team.
Tony joined Parthenon Capital as an Analyst in 2022. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon, Tony was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Fifth Third Securities, where he worked on M&A deals for healthcare and tech-enabled business services companies. During college, Tony worked for Resurgens Technology Partners where he provided research and analysis to deal teams evaluating various SaaS businesses.

Tony graduated with highest distinction from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University where he earned a BBA with a concentration in finance. At Emory he was a member of the NCAA DIII cross country and track and field teams.
Anthony Orazio joined Parthenon Capital in 2014 and is a Partner in the firm's Boston office. He is active in sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities as well as working with existing portfolio companies on various strategic initiatives. Anthony serves or has served on the Board of Directors of Allworth Financial, Cherry Bekaert, Choreo, EdgeCo Holdings, Libra Solutions, Millennium Trust Company, MRO, Titan Wealth and Venbrook Group.

Prior to joining Parthenon, Anthony was an investment professional at Oak Hill Capital Partners, where he worked in the business & financial services industry group. Prior to Oak Hill, he worked in the investment banking group at Blackstone (nka PJT Partners) where he focused on the financial services industry. Anthony also previously worked at BESCAP, a private equity firm focused on the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Parthenon, Barry was a Summer Analyst in the Real Estate Group at Warburg Pincus. While at Warburg, he worked on sourcing and analyzing commercial retail properties, with a focus on distressed assets.

Brian Golson is a Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Parthenon Capital and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. He is located in Austin and is Head of the Austin office.
Brian serves on the Board of Directors of BlueSnap, CardWorks, DaySmart, EdgeCo Holdings, eSeclending, ICD, KBRA, loanDepot and Payroc. He led Parthenon's investments in AmWINS Group, Arrow Financial and Rackable Systems and served on the boards of Allworth Financial, Cayan, H.D. Vest, Millennium Trust, Performant, Periscope Holdings, Relation, and Wildlands.
Brian is actively engaged in development and scholarship efforts for the University of North Carolina where he is Chair of the Honors Carolina Board and serves on the Rams Club Executive Board. He enjoys spending time with his three energetic daughters.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon in 2002, he was the CFO and Vice President of Operations for Everdream, a software company sold to Dell providing outsourced IT infrastructure management. Prior to Everdream, Brian spent several years at Prometheus Partners, a middle-market private equity fund focused on recurring revenue service businesses and started his career at GE Capital focused on acquisitions and divestitures of financial services and insurance businesses.

Carson Gibson Weis joined Parthenon Capital in 2023 and is a Vice President in the firm's Austin office. She is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and working with existing portfolio companies.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon, Carson was an investment professional with Kelso & Company, a middle-market private equity firm, where she worked across industries. Prior to Kelso, she worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where she focused on the financial services industry.

Carson earned her B.S. in Commerce, with Distinction, from the University of Virginia and her M.B.A., with Honors, from Wharton.
Chandler Lally joined Parthenon Capital in 2022 and is a Vice President in the firm's Boston office. She is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.
EXPERIENCE
Before joining Parthenon, Chandler was a Principal with CBIZ Private Equity Advisory. At CBIZ, Chandler was a member of the Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis team; she assisted private equity firms and their portfolio companies in automating and improving their finance, accounting, and reporting functions. Prior to CBIZ, Chandler worked at PwC in their FinTech consulting practice; she worked closely with the technologies Medallia and Investcloud.
Chandler also interned at Wynnchurch Capital and 1315 Capital while pursuing her M.B.A.
EDUCATION
Chandler earned an M.B.A from The University of Chicago Booth and her B.S. in Econometrics from The University of Virginia (UVA). At UVA, she competed on the Varsity Women's Rowing team and was an NCAA and 4x ACC Champion.
Dan Killeen joined Parthenon Capital in 2021 and is a Partner in the firm's Boston office. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments and working with portfolio companies in the healthcare industry.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon, Dan was a Principal with Nautic Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused exclusively on healthcare services investments. Prior to Nautic, Dan gained operating experience in a leadership role at Anthem, Inc., a national provider of health insurance benefits. Prior to Anthem, he was an investment professional at Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking, the private equity arm of Goldman Sachs. Dan also previously held investment roles with TA Associates and OpenView.

Dan Perry joined Parthenon Capital in 2022 as Director, Sales and Commercial Excellence. He has over 30 years of experience in Sales, Sales Leadership and Sales & Marketing Consulting working with private equity, public, small-middle and enterprise markets. He works collaboratively to assist companies in dramatically scaling their productivity, providing capacity to their go-to market teams and helps accelerate revenue growth.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to Parthenon, Dan founded and managed the Sales Excellence Team for Riverside's Micro-Cap Fund. The Sales Excellence team accelerated revenue growth for over 37 middle-market portfolio companies in healthcare, financial, manufacturing and business services. Previously, Dan was a Partner at the Brevet Group consulting with Private Equity and Fortune 500 Companies on all aspects of Sales and Marketing. He also was a Principal Consultant for Sales Benchmark Index (SBI). Prior to SBI, Dan held Sales and Sales Leadership roles at Three Day Blinds, Lavi Industries, Aramark and Cintas.

EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon, Daria was a 2021 Summer Analyst at Stanford Management Company where she interacted with investment managers, monitored existing investments, and presented in weekly investment team meetings. During her time in college, she co-led a team at the Stanford's Social Entrepreneurial Students Association where she helped provide solutions to clients in the social impact sector.

Daria earned a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University with a specialization in International History and International Security with a minor in Human Rights. Dave Ament is a Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Parthenon Capital and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Dave is located in Boston and is Head of the Boston office. He joined Parthenon as a Principal in 2003. Dave has significant experience in the private equity industry and has worked closely with a number of middle-market companies.
Dave is responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities as well as working with existing portfolio companies on various strategic and business initiatives. His investment focus is primarily targeted towards healthcare technology and outsourced solutions. Dave has been involved in a number of portfolio company Board of Directors, including Abeo, Inc., ADESA, Inc., Altegra Health, AmWINS Group, ASG Security, Bracket, Bryant & Stratton College, Eliza Corporation, Envysion, Insurance Auto Auctions, Intermedix Corporation, IWP, MRO, Nuvem, RedCard, RxSense, Smart Data Solutions, Trinity Partners and Zelis.
He is a Trustee at Boston Medical Center and Chair of the BMC Health Plan Board of Trustees.

Egeria Gjeci joined Parthenon Capital as a senior fund accountant in 2020. She assists with the financial and tax reporting for the funds and general firm administration.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Parthenon, Egeria was a senior associate at Standish Management. While at Standish, Egeria worked closely with Fund Controllers and Engagement Managers in the preparation of the financial and tax reporting for VC/PE funds as well as deliver great administrative support to General and Limited Partners.

Egeria earned her B.S in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
Elyse joined Parthenon in 2023. Prior to Parthenon, she was an office manager for a coworking office space. She graduated with a BA in Asian Studies from UC Riverside. In her free time she enjoys exploring breweries, going on hikes, and traveling to cities to learn more about the history/culture.
Tom Hough joined Parthenon Capital in 2013 and is a Principal in the firm's Boston office. He is active in sourcing and executing new transactions and working with current portfolio companies.
