Casper Jansen

Casper Jansen (1970) has a wide background in logistics and business administration (HAN University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen, and Radboud University Nijmegen). He started his own company, 1-2 Think Logical, in 1999. During this time, he was active as a supplier of intelligence and decisiveness when it came to managerial questions surrounding logistics and supply chain. Casper is passionate about optimizing and streamlining logistic chains. Among other things, by redesigning and optimizing business processes, leadership and team development, and by creating supply chain development and transformation programs. He holds extensive experience as trainer, project and interim manager, and advisor in a large number of companies. They vary from logistics service providers, retailers, and wholesalers to manufacturing companies, employment agencies, and educational institutions. Casper writes books and columns, and is frequently asked to give lectures, (master)classes, and presentations. On top of that, he acts as a chairman. Casper has a strong focus on permanent results for his clients. The use of business games is one of the specific tools he applies to achieve this. He follows a holistic approach with attention to both the ‘tough' and ‘soft' sides of development and change.
