Mentoring affords avenues to personally connect with the women and young adults that we serve. We are able to meet individuals where they currently are, listen, reciprocate with practical advice, build relationships, and empower/support mentees. Development of transferable skills like communication, teamwork, and self-esteem helps our mentees manage future situations... Service to Others - We are Servants! Service to others is an essential element in our beliefs. Our team demonstrates an unselfish and genuine concern for the well-being and happiness of others. Being Servants helps us to better our characters and builds integrity within. We say that one act of kindness leads to another act of kindness... We are Women - Serving women to promote self-acceptance and self-confidence from within and not wait to get acknowledged by other to validate their personal outlook. Engaging in taking charge of and driving our careers and desires and realizing that no one else will to do it for us...
