Dr Seelan's strong interest in development finance, saw him lead significant initiatives in development on both a national and international level. He was able to execute his responsibilities in projects in both the developed and developing economies whilst consulting on projects with the UN and the Economic and Social Council, the World Bank, and many of the UN's NGO's. He has worked to eradicate extreme poverty, empower women, and encourage sustainability in multiple countries, building strong collaborations with government ministries, private sector business leaders as well various multi lateral agencies.
