The business has been trading for 3 years, by its founder, Sam Goody - an experienced tree surgeon - has been dealing with logs for over 10 years... Surrey Hills Firewood prides itself on sourcing locally sustainable wood from managed forests and woodland within Surrey and the surrounding area. All of our logs are 100% hardwood and processed on site, at our farm in the Surrey Hills, where it is seasoned or dried to reduce the moisture content of the firewood, enabling it to burn more efficiently - ultimately producing more heat with a lot less ash.
