The Light from Africa Foundation (LFAF) was established by Anthony and Carole Record in 2004. Anthony Record MBE was born and raised in Cape Town. After completing his education at Diocesan College (Bishops) a private boys' school, he moved to the United Kingdom. Carole Turner-Record is the author of the book ‘Adoption Journeys. Parents tell their stories'... Today, the Light From Africa Foundation supports various Urban and Rural Outreach Projects in the Western Cape, South Africa which continue to instil hope and positively impact the lives of hundreds of children, care givers and economically marginalised communities.
