Brad Mullins

Brad started his career path at AMLC in 2009 after college. He worked with our political contributor acquisition team, assisting in the collection of statewide donors to Republican candidates for 4 years. In 2013, Brad shifted his talents to Accounting and has excelled in managing both AMLC's accounting and office management operations for the last 7 years. With a concentration in A/R and A/P as wells as financial reporting, reconciliation, and billing, he is an essential part of the AMLC team!

Coco DiMauro

After a year on Capitol Hill, Coco foraged into the direct marketing fundraising world as both a list broker and list manager. She has worked for health, Catholic and pro-life charities as well as conservative ideological clients in her 30 years in the list industry. In her 10 years at AMLC, she has focused solely on brokerage providing an exceptional strategic insight on Catholic, Pro-life, and right-of-center clients. She enjoys the interaction with others in her industry and the collaborative atmosphere the list world affords!

Debbie McGinty

Job Titles:
  • Senior List Broker Sweepstakes Division
With Over 30 years of experience, Debbie spent 25 of those years working in both List Management and List Brokerage for some of this country's biggest charities including, veterans, law enforcement, health, and Animal welfare organizations. In 2015, Debbie joined AMLC as List Manager but was quickly moved to List Brokerage utilizing her vast amount of experience in acquisition strategy and charitable list planning to be the lead List Broker of our sweepstakes division. Her knowledge of both Management and Brokerage matched with superb analytics makes her a vital part of the AMLC team!

Debra Washington

With a BA in Accounting and an extensive background in international business operations, Debra left her international travels and put her roots down at AMLC 13 years ago. Starting in office management and accounting, Debra quickly transferred to list brokerage, where for over a decade continues to excel in organization and customer service. Debra's experience led her to do brokerage on one of the largest right of center advocacy organizations raising money today. Over her years here at AMLC she has enjoyed the collaborative atmosphere and forging strong work relationships industry-wide.

Donna Maxwell

Donna has over 35 years of experience in the fundraising industry. Starting in the Service Bureau environment, she gained a broad knowledge of data processing before moving to the agency side of things with a more hands role as a production manager for one of the largest children's non-profits in the country. As part of her fundraising career, she also worked as a list manager marketing one of the largest veterans lists on the market and meeting and exceeding their annual list revenue goals. Since 2004, Donna has worked for AMLC in list brokerage, helping both right-of-center issue advocacy and veteran organizations meet and exceed their donor acquisition projections.

Dorothy Miller - President

Dorothy Miller has over 25 years of experience in the fundraising industry, with 15 years working for American Target Advertising and American Mailing Lists Corporation. During the course of her career, she has had the honor to work with some of the largest veteran organizations in the country, helping them raise millions of dollars. Dorothy has experience in every aspect of managing direct mail programs. Her unique talents have been concentrated on program budgeting and revenues, creative strategy, donor list analysis, and acquisition, as well as mail plan implementation and production for large non-profit organizations. Her experience, passion, and hands-on approach in helping charitable organizations exceed their fundraising goals makes her an asset to our leadership team.

Lisa Smith - VP

Lisa has been in the direct marketing industry for over 20 years and joined AMLC in 2018. Prior to joining AMLC as a Senior Broker/Analyst, she worked at several different direct marketing companies in various roles such as list broker, list sales, online media broker, insert media strategist, and analyst. Pulling from her varying experiences to date, Lisa brings the ability to analyze the ‘big picture' strategy. Lisa is a graduate of Radford University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration and Math. Her clients find Lisa smart, articulate, and very knowledgeable about the best approach to grow donor files fast and furious!

Marty Anderson

Rob Bell

Job Titles:
  • Political List Sales Executive
Rob has over 5 years of experience the direct marketing/list management industry. He joined our sales team at AMLC in 2022. Rob has worked with a wide variety of clients including issue advocacy, campaigns, consumer, and charitable organizations. His experience allows him to provide the right list and segmentation to meet each client's individual needs while maximizing usage. He is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University with a degree in Communications. Rob enjoys travelling and has spent much of his life competing in track and field events.

Yvonne Gunn

Yvonne Gunn is a true veteran with over 40 years of experience in the fundraising industry. Her background includes many years in both List Management and List Brokerage working with conservative/Republican candidates and causes as well as veterans, seniors, consumer, and religious organizations. Yvonne joined AMLC over 14 years ago with a concentration in Catholic and Charitable list brokerage, but for over a decade has excelled as our List Sales Manager. Every year she exceeds our expectations by maximizing list rental revenue for all of our clients with her marketing and personal way of dealing with all her customers.
