Adam Snyder

Adam Snyder joined Handcrafted Hospitality as Controller in August 2019. In this capacity, he oversees and is responsible for the financial operations of restaurants under the Handcrafted Hospitality umbrella. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Adam began his accounting career in the entertainment industry with Miramax Films and MTV, where he worked on iconic movies and television shows such as Pulp Fiction, Clerks, The VMA's and Real World/Road Rules. After bringing his talents to South Florida in 1999 for Diageo/United Distillers and Vintners, he was bitten by the hospitality bug. His career continued as Accounting Manager for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and then to Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, where he oversaw the expansion from 25 to 67 restaurants during his tenure as Controller. When he's not in the office, or eating Impossible Tacos at Tacocraft, Adam can be found either working out at the gym or with his wife Suzanne, three sons, and three dogs (or at the gym with Suzanne and three sons-but not the dogs). Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Danielle Falsetto

Danielle Dattile, born and raised in Florida is a valued member of the Handcrafted team. No stranger to the Restaurant Business, Danielle brings over 20+ years of Liquor Industry as well as Real Estate Experience to the table. Danielle oversees all aspects of our organization's Beverage Program as well as all related components. A supportive member of our community and a previous board member for Winterfest - Danielle is proud to represent HH in everything she touches. Proud recipient of WSET Level 2 in Wine and Spirits, Danielle is always exploring the most current trends in the Beverage and is excited for what the future holds. She looks forward to curating new, exciting experiences for our guests time and time again.

David Falsetto

David Falsetto, born in Ottawa, Canada moved to Miami, Florida in 1990. With a degree in Restaurant Management and Business, he brings 35+ years of hands on experience to the Handcrafted Team. Owning and Managing multiple Restaurants, his passion has now developed into Project Management. David brings our build-out visions to life as the "Behind The Scenes Guru". He makes sure all goals are not only met, but exceed every expectation. Our team is truly stronger with David on it.

Jasiel Tejadas

Jasiel Tejedas is the Executive Chef & Partner at Pizza Craft Pizzeria-where he leads a passionate team using expertise and kindness, bringing Italian Classic and New Age dishes to life. Priding himself on using the freshest products and exerting true passion in everything he does, HCHG is extremely proud to have him as a member of the team. Jasiel has accomplished many goals through hard work and dedication. Four years ago, he arrived in the US from Cuba and has shown tremendous growth in all areas of his world. He has developed excellent Management Skills and is a true joy to work with. When not working, Jasiel enjoys spending quality time with his family here in South Florida, as well as Cuba.

Jonathan Salem

Jonathan is Part Owner and General Manager of our beloved Henry's Sandwich Station. Always ready to greet a customer with a smile, he has been an enormous asset to our success as a Hospitality Group. Jonathan has managed every single HCHG Brand-and for a good reason. A hard-working man who is kind to others, is what he is about. Born and raised in Brazil, he moved to the US at 14 and re-created his world. Jonathan is always thinking about ways to amplify the customer experience, a true In The Biz professional! Hanging with his family and pups are where you can find him on a day off, but most days, he is at his second home, Henry's Sandwich Station in FAT Village.

Marc Falsetto - CEO, Founder

Marc Falsetto is a Hospitality Expert with over 20 years of experience. At the early age of 14, working in his family's restaurant was a part of his day to day. Since graduating from The University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance and a specialization in Real Estate, making numbers work and understanding the power of location has always been a part of his chemistry. In recent years, he has combined all of these passions and spearheaded South Florida powerhouse, Handcrafted Hospitality Group. Falsetto specializes in Business Operations, Management, Restaurant and Hospitality Acquisitions, Lease Negotiations, Venue Design, and Capital/Strategic Partnerships. Born and raised in Canada, Marc moved to South Florida in High School. While a student in Orlando, Florida, Marc started hospitality company Primo Entertainment at the age of 21. This is where his knowledge of the Nightlife scene began. After College, Marc spent time as a successful Real Estate Broker and represented many celebrities such as Kevin James, Shaquille O'Neal and many more. In 2008 Marc dove back into the Hospitality Business for the opening of Primo's Restaurant and Lounge, in Miami, Florida. Soon after, in 2010 - Marc moved to Broward County and was inspired to revitalize Downtown Fort Lauderdale. He opened his first solo venture, ROK:BRGR, which went on to have multiple locations throughout South Florida. Over the following years to come, Marc and partners would go on to open Tacocraft Taqueria (which currently has multiple locations), Pizza Craft Pizzeria, Henry's Sandwich Station, Apothecary 330, Mercado Negro and Himmarshee Public House. Marc is proud to have been nominated for many awards, such as Entrepreneur of the Year (2011) by the South Florida Business Journal, Top 40 under 40 (2014) as well as Up & Comer of the Year in the Hospitality field (2015). He has been featured in dozens of publications over the years and speaks frequently about the Hospitality Industry. Moises Acosta

Moises Acosta had his start in the restaurant industry with his families restaurant working side by side with his uncle. He started within the culinary focus were he honed his passion for the Hospitality industry. With the business creating excitement he was fully invested in educating and perfecting his craft by learning all roles within the business starting off washing dishes, cooking, serving, bar tending and ultimately stepping in to leadership roles. Moises took an amazing opportunity with the Seminole Tribe of Florida were he worked his way up the ladder and managed various outlets becoming a renaissance man of F&B ultimately growing to the Director level successfully leading big teams toward success with a major focus on Building culture. Moises takes a passion in mentorship and growth of leaders within his operation and also does so for FAU, Broward College and Broward County Public schools Hospitality and Culinary programs. Moises has been a part of Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association as a Board Member and Vice President of Restaurants for Broward County, Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, American Cancer Society, City of Fort Lauderdale and other community focus organizations. In his free time he enjoys a good DIY project for his home or rental property, kayaking, spending time with his family, gardening and watching birds.

Nicole Hashagen

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Nicole graduated from Cardinal Gibbons and took Accounting classes at FAU in Boca Raton. She got her first Accounting position for an Auto repair shop while working as a waitress on the side. Nicole then worked for a few other companies doing Accounting from coffee shops to catering, which ultimately led her to join Handcrafted Hospitality in 2016 for TacoCraft. When her background in Accounting was recognized, Nicole moved to the HCHG Corporate Office, where she is now the Staff Accountant. When not in the office, Nicole can be found watching Impractical Jokers and spending time with her daughter, Arielle.

Rachel Faith Mizrahi - CCO

Rachel Faith Mizrahi, Director of Communications & Events has been an essential member of the Handcrafted Hospitality Team since 2016. An unstoppable energy and a professional demeanor which demonstrates strength and leadership is what produces her tremendous results. With extensive experience in Communications, Rachel engages within our community, representing HCHG with gusto. Her tireless pursuit of unique ideas and desire to exceed expectations allows Rachel to successfully coordinate any project or event-no matter how grand or small. During her stint in NYC at Communications Behemoth Ogilvy PR, Rachel spearheaded internal and client driven events which thrived from her mover and shaker attitude.Her spirit, zest for life and disdain for the mundane is an asset to any event or project,of any size!

Ralph Colon

Miami Native Ralph Colon has worked in the field of Culinary Arts for the last 27 years. Living in South Florida, he has been exposed to many different cultures - from the tropical islands of Jamaica, Cuba and Haiti to the International flavors of France, Italy and the Middle East. Throughout his career, Ralph's passion for cooking has amplified by focusing on quality, flavors, ingredients and guest satisfaction. Ralph shares his techniques, knowledge and insights to assist our team in continuing to create and produce incredible dishes at all Handcrafted Hospitality venues.

Robbyns Martinez

Robbyns Martinez is the Corporate Chef for Handcrafted Hospitality Group. Martinez teamed up with restaurateur Marc Falsetto in 2010 and created the menu for ROK:BRGR, which has won numerous awards and has been recognized on a national level. Robbyns is passionate about his craft and sources local produce, sustainable ingredients, and the most intriguing National brands he can get his hands on. He has created diverse menus that feature modern takes on American and Global comfort foods. Robbyns has won many accolades including Best Burger in South Florida by Channel 10 News in 2010, Riverwalk Burger Battle Winner in 2011, 2012 and 2018, Best New Restaurant in Broward in 2011, Top 50 restaurants in South Florida by Zagat, Best Burger in Miami 2014, 2015, 2016, Best Burgers in America by Paula Dean Magazine and Best Burger in Florida by Business Insider. Robbyns has competed in the SOBE Food and Wine Festival for many years, at many different themed events, and is highly recognized by his peers. He was recently featured in FSR magazine, as well. Robbyns has brought life back to Himmarshee Village and downtown Fort Lauderdale as well as other areas throughout South Florida. He strives every day to be as innovative as possible and is always evolving HCHG menus to change with the times and stay on top of the hottest trends.
