JEFF LADUE - Key Persons

Chi Nguyen is a native of Wenatchee, WA. Upon graduation from Washington State University in Pullman, WA., where he was a proud member of the Delta Phi Fraternity; Chi made the move to the Puget Sound Area and joined the Mortgage Business. A seasoned mortgage professional, Chi has been helping families achieve their dream of home ownership since 1992. A common trait among his clients: Clients become friends. After spending 25 years at his previous company, Chi was ready for a new challenge and decided to join Washington First Mortgage. In addition to his knowledge of the many loan programs available, Chi is also well versed in refinances and retirement home purchases. A proud father to Caitlin, Chi enjoys seeing her become a straight A student and growing into her own person. When he is not working, Chi can be found spending quality time with friends, biking, golfing and enjoying the Mariners, Cougars and Seahawks.

Another Seattle native that just can't stay away! After finishing her BA at Stanford University. Jessica came right back home to the Pacific Northwest and began her career in the mortgage industry. In her off hours you will find her exploring Seattle's parks and trails with her new puppy, enjoying family time and/or lifting heavy things.

Laurie Ausmus is a seasoned Loan Originator with Washington First Mortgage. She began her career in the mortgage industry in 1986 as a Loan Closer/Funder. She was quickly promoted to manager of the department and decided she wanted to get into more of the personable side of lending. Then she left that position to become a Loan Processor. Again she was quickly promoted to manager of 5 separate processing departments within her company. It was a fantastic learning experience. As that company closed, she ventured out and started a small mortgage brokerage in Bellevue and became a full-time loan originator while running the company. In 2008 when all the banks were failing, she made a very tough decision to close the company and head into banking. Her heart has always been with mortgage brokering, and the bank did not have a lot of outlets. She is very pleased to be back in the brokering business, she is well rounded, personable and trusted and has an excellent reputation with everyone she has ever worked with. Her other hobbies include biking, skiing, boating, art, and she is going to be a grandmother soon
