Joe Petti - President

Over thirty years of executive management and corporate leadership with a track record for corporate growth and success. A proven leader and team builder with tremendous experience growing and building technology solutions companies within the private, public and government sectors. Throughout his career, Joe has held leadership positions at the CXO level for Mid-Tier and Large businesses. Joe has extensive experience in management consulting, systems integration, and operations related to the delivery of complex solutions to federal, state, and provincial government clients. Experience: National Security, DoD, Intelligence Community, Military and Civilian Health Services, TRICARE, Medicare and Medicaid, Emerging Technologies, Interoperability, Integrated Delivery Systems, Cyber Security, Information Assurance. Qualifications: Joe is the Founder and President of JOVIS Solutions, a Woman Owned Small Business providing consulting and technology services to the DoD, Intelligence Community, and Military and Civilian health customers. Prior to starting JOVIS, Joe served as a Senior Vice President for Parsons Government Services Inc. in multiple roles, leading both the Cyber and Signals Intelligence practice along with the Federal and Civilian health practice. In this role Joe managed day-to-day operations and was responsible for a staff of over 600+ employees serving the nations National Security and the DoD's medical readiness/connected communities of care. Prior to joining Parsons via the Polaris Alpha acquisition, Joe held the position of Senior VicePresident of Cyber/SIGINT for Polaris Alpha where he led a staff of over 600+ cyber professionals supporting our national security. Polaris Alpha acquired PROTEUS Technologies in 2016,were Joe was the Chief Operating Officer of PROTEUS and had oversight and leadership in day-to-dayoperations of 200+ employees supporting the CYBER and SIGNALS Intelligence mission, focusing on the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, protecting ournations national security. Prior to joining PROTEUS, Joe was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Calvert Health Partners, LLC a private equity backed regional Medicare and Medicaid certified home health services provider. In this role, Joe was responsible for managing a multi-state delivery system with over 1,500 employees. Joe had responsibility for Calvert's overall financial success, growth, and operations to include the integration and streamlining of multiple acquisitions and the roll out of a centralized medical management integrated technology solution across a 3-state region. As Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Sierra Military Health Services (SMHS), Joe was responsible for strategic planning, emerging markets, corporate alliances, business development, e-health enterprise technology. His responsibilities included the re-engineering and Business Process Improvement for Claims, Customer Service, Medical Management, and other key functions. Joe designed the enterprise architecture and technology integration used to create SMHS's fully integrated health plan. He was responsible for the design and build-out of the enterprise-wide healthcare administration technology scalable to handle over 3 million members and process more than16 million claims each year. As the CTO for Sierra Military Health Services(SMHS), Joe was responsible for SMHS's long-term technology vision, strategic planning, market expansion, corporate business development, strategic alliances, and enterprise solutions. Joe was also responsible for the build-out and management of SMHS's TRICARE Region 1 and enterprise wide payer administration technology. Education: Mr. Petti earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Slippery Rock University and an Advanced Graduate Degree in Management Information Systems from American University. Personal: When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, and supporting the Ravens, Capitals, and Orioles. He is very active in the local community and charities within the Baltimore/Washington corridor and serves on several non-profit boards.
