Allison Wood is a Georgia native who has called Atlanta home since graduating from the College of Charleston with a Marketing degree in 2008.
Prior to joining Dorsey Alston, Allison had a 12-year career as a Brand Manager for a chain of family-owned retail stores. There she learned the value of building and maintaining relationships, negotiation and communication which she is excited to bring into her real estate career.
She is willing to go above and beyond to make sure your home buying experience goes as smoothly as possible. Allison now lives in Decatur with her husband, Hays and daughter, Avery.
Allison loves the city of Atlanta and all that it has to offer. She is thrilled to be a part of the Dorsey Alston family and would be truly honored to have the opportunity to assist you with all of your real estate needs.
Anne Jefferson Connell is very knowledgeable about the Atlanta market, and has built her success through her network of personal and professional relationships. Loyalty, care and hard work are key parts of her successful business plan when providing her clients unparalleled personal service. Anne has been a member of the Atlanta REALTORS Association since she received her real estate license in 2001. Before becoming a Realtor, she worked for three years as a real estate listing and marketing coordinator. In 2017 she was awarded the Atlanta REALTORS Association Phoenix Award. Anne is originally from Lexington, KY and graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Currently she lives in Buckhead with her husband and daughter, Will and Elizabeth, and they are members of the Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.

Carson joined Dorsey Alston Realtors in 2016 after rising through the ranks of two of the country's largest residential real estate companies.
He is from Macon, Georgia, where several generations of his family have been connected with Belk department stores. After graduating from Presbyterian College, Carson completed the Belk executive training program and held several positions with the company in North Carolina. In 2002 Carson transitioned from retail to real estate and moved to Atlanta.
He earned the Rookie of the Year award in his first year as a REALTOR® and became a champion of the sustainable building movement. Over his 16-plus years as a REALTOR®, he has earned the Phoenix Award and been named a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers. An early adopter of the internet and social media, Carson is recognized by his peers as a marketing expert.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Chastain Park Conservancy and the Executive Board of NPU-A and is involved with the Trust for Public Land. He lives in Chastain Park with his wife Martha and their two children, Henry and Ben. He loves music, cooking, photography and spending time with his family.

Kristen joined Dorsey Alston in 2014. Originally managing the East Cobb office, she moved to the Buckhead office later in the same year and assumed responsibility of all operational activities.
Kristen is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. Prior to joining the company, she ran the Atlanta office of Meaden & Moore, a forensic accounting firm, and Nationwide Drywall, a local construction firm.
Kristen lives in Chamblee with her husband, Stephen, and two boys, Porter and Bennett.
Michael is the second-generation Rogers and third Atlanta native to own and run Dorsey Alston, Realtors. He became chairman of Dorsey Alston in 2000, while serving as the president of BMW of Macon and as the lead developer of Manhead Marina in Brunswick, Ga. In 2009, Michael returned to Atlanta to join Dorsey Alston full-time as the company's president and CEO. He holds a broker's license with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. He also serves on the board of directors of the Buckhead Coalition, the Atlanta History Center and is a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
Raised in Atlanta, Rogers graduated from The Westminster Schools before receiving his bachelor's degree with honors in economics from the University of Virginia and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Rogers lives in Buckhead along with his wife, Edith, a veterinarian at Peachtree Hills Animal Hospital, and their children, Paul, Elizabeth and Michael.

Patrick has been a member of the Atlanta real estate community since 2006. He previously managed construction projects for R.J. Wood and Company. Prior to becoming a broker, Patrick was an agent with Dorsey Alston and a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Patrick attended Hampden-Sydney College and holds a bachelor's degree from Mercer University.
Patrick draws from both his experience as an agent and as a construction manager to assist agents in navigating the real estate process. Patrick resides in Midtown with his wife, Liz, a veterinarian at Ansley Animal Clinic, their son, Henry, and daughter, Evelyn.
