A practicing lawyer for many years holding the position of Managing Partner, he is also a founding director of Lift Legal, a company that provides performance and marketing products to law firm leaders, so that they can enjoy the benefits that come with a more profitable and well run business.

Mike has over 30 years' experience in the Financial Services industries holding senior positions with Scottish Amicable, Colonial Mutual and ARFM.
Mike is the General Manager Risk Services and also holds the position of Specialist Risk Advisor at Periculum - A Financial Risk Management & Mitigation firm.
Mike has had significant roles with industry bodies, think tanks and educational institutions and played an important role in the adoption of the General Advice model as a method to market and sell personal insurance products.

Peter draws on his experience as a practicing lawyer of over 25 years and for much of that time as Managing Partner. Peter is a founding director of Lift Legal, Australia's largest law firm marketing provider.
He is in daily contact with law firm principal's, directors and executives managing law firms, helping them improve their law firms, using sound business strategies and marketing plans.
Peter fosters strong relationships with his law firm clients, many of whom he has worked with for many years. His knowledge and experience are highly regarded in the profession.

Rob is also the founding director of Periculum, a Risk Advisory firm specialising in Financial Risk Mitigation, Medical Indemnity and Personal Insurances.
Rob specialises in providing management and administration expertise to small, medium and large businesses which include the likes of Deloitte and Tower. At Tower, Rob and Mike Donaldson delivered a proof of concept which has become TAL's General Advice direct insurance model.
