Our opening weekend went up against Saw III. In theaters that premiered both films, we brought in more revenue than Saw III (per theater). Partnering with the right people makes branding and marketing work effectively. Bella introduced us to legend Steve McEveety (Passion of Christ, Braveheart), and actors like Manny Perez (Law & Order), Tammy Blanchard (The Good Shepherd), and Ali Landry (Miss USA 1996, the ‘Doritos Girl' Super Bowl Commercial)... Despite a small budget, we were able to provide over 200 promotional materials, including our theater poster, website, media kits, digital ads, movie kit campaigns, and even a personalized invite kit for President George W. Bush and family, to name a few. It worked. Following the invite, we held a private screening in Miami with the Bush family... We broke new ground with our marketing for ‘Bella'.
