MVMT That Matters is a holistic fitness brand that is founded on purposeful movement; movement that is an act of self-love and celebration of life. Our passion is to utilize both dance and yoga to bring about self improvement. We incorporate elements of pop choreography, yoga, meditation and affirmation to inspire our clients to forget about the outside world, and to appreciate the beauty of the present... MVMT That Matters is focused on creating a safe space for individuals to express themselves and to feel included in a community setting were they are free and empowered... Dance encourages a sense of community and personal achievement and our goal is to bring these experiences to individuals who wouldn't normally have access to dance as therapy. Here at MVMT we believe that freedom of expression, self-confidence, and self-love is our ultimate goal.
