Amy Eisenstein is a veteran fundraising consultant. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she's published a number of books, including Major Gift Fundraising for Small Shops. She's also a frequent keynote and breakout speaker at nonprofit conferences and a passionate board retreat facilitator.

Andrea Kihlstedt is the author of Capital Campaigns: Strategies that Work, now in its 4th edition, as well as How to Raise $1 Million (or More) in 10 Bite Sized Steps, in addition to other books. Andrea also co-founded Capital Campaign Masters. She's been leading successful capital campaigns for more than 30 years.
Barbara Barron has worked with schools across the country on all aspects of capacity building campaigns, annual and planned giving campaigns, and board training. She focuses on building leadership giving programs and growing the capacity of professional and volunteer teams by increasing competence, confidence, and joy.
Bosede's decade-long career in development and communications spans many sectors. As a frontline fundraiser and consultant, she's worked with nonprofits across the country, specializing in case development, individual giving, and campaign planning. She brings that experience to her current work, in and outside the nonprofit sphere.
David Cupps works with operations and client management for the Toolkit. His background includes time as Development Director and Executive Director for non-profits at the local, state and national levels, as well as business management and financial advising in the for-profit sector.
Dick Walker has worked in nonprofit fundraising for 40+ years as an independent school chief development officer, a corporate foundation executive, and a nonprofit consultant. His practice helps nonprofits with fundraising campaigns, board development, and strategic planning. He has also served on numerous boards.
Jeff Hensley has deep fundraising experience with a wide variety of nonprofits, including educational and religious institutions. He specializes in major gift strategy and capital campaign coaching. His calm demeanor brings a steadiness and organization to even the most high-stress campaigns.
Kent Stroman, CFRE, brings 4 decades' experience in the charitable sector and is author of Asking About Asking and The Accidental Intentional Board. He has led numerous capital campaigns to success during the last 20+ years. Kent has a special knack for finding just the right words to make complex concepts clear and memorable.
Kristin Raack, CFRE, GPC, has over 20 years of experience guiding nonprofits to success through capital campaigns, individual giving, corporate/foundation relations, board leadership, and strategic planning. With her ability to see how everything fits together, Kristin makes capital campaigns accessible (and enjoyable!) for organizations of any size.

Paula Peter has been a capital campaign consultant since 1991. She has particular strengths in board development, donor strategies, and campaign planning. She's worked on smaller community-based campaigns as well as larger national campaigns. Her experience, insight, and disciplined approach make her a favorite among Toolkit advisors.
Richard Quinn has helped nonprofits with their campaigns since 2008. Richard brings skills in mission-centered major gifts fundraising, institutional relations, and even interim director of development services. He's an active listener, strategist, and cheerleader and is adept at finding the right solution to even the thorniest of challenges.

Sarah brings to the Toolkit nearly 20 years of capital campaign experience across several nonprofit sectors, including education, conservation, and healthcare. Previous roles include both Development Director and campaign consultant. Sarah especially enjoys helping clients transform donor relationships through nuanced campaign and major gift strategies.
Xan Blake, CFRE, brings 25 years of nonprofit management experience including expertise in fund development, governance and board training - all of which is focused on bringing her clients' missions to life. She has worked with land trusts, health foundations, and social service organizations. Her down-to-earth manner makes her a very effective advisor.
