For more than 20 years, Alicia worked in a multinational company, holding various positions of top management assistant. By the time she left, she was not only marketing director assistant but also giving support to a team of 40. Outgoing, lively and passionate about vibrant city life, Alicia decided to give her professional life a change by joining the events industry. Day after day, Alicia, like a mother, foresees our needs in and out of the office. Her proactive attitude and her contagious laugh make our lives so much easier than they ever were before! What you didn't know about Alicia: The Spanish woman in her loves flowers and she once owned a flower shop. The German woman once was personal assistant of famous wrestler The Warrior.

ANALISA MILLAN

Analisa Millan grew up in the UK from Spanish parents. It was upon graduating from her degree in European Business that Analisa stepped foot in the vibrant city of Barcelona and immediately knew it was the perfect place to establish herself. Brought up in the catering industry, Analisa knows how to bring people together to enjoy unique experiences, always leaving a sweet taste behind. Formerly in sales and marketing, she quickly identifies clients event objectives in order to fully meet all requirements. Managing high profile accounts with meticulous detail and creativity, Analisa always strives for complete customer satisfaction on every event she manages be it small or large. Analisa's calm and intelligent nature keeps up the moral even in the most stressful and fast paced environments. Anne-Laure Sauvage was born from a French father and Mauritian mother. The culture mix made her an early globetrotter and she was only 14 when she left her family to spend a year in the USA as an exchange student. At 30, she made one of her dreams come true and took a year off to travel around the world.

DANIELA FEBLES

Born and raised in the warmer Venezuelan lands, and within a Spanish home, Daniela Febles knows exactly what the word multicultural means. She studied in the most prestigious University of her country and then she made her internship in the Balearic and Canary islands where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality management. This reencounter with her roots made her come to Barcelona in order to pursue a diploma in Events Organization, where she dedicated herself to apply the true meaning of a personalized event. When once we come to meet her, she is perceived as Miss Venezuela with her contagious positive energy and natural charm but beyond this, there is a highly intelligent, super multi-tasker with a laser focus on details. After years of working in the events organization industry on Catalan lands, Daniela realized what her real passion is in the managing of an event from head to toe, and that is what brought her to Prelude Events. ESTER CIURANA

Ester Ciurana grew up in a village south of Catalonia. She graduated from the University of Barcelona with a degree in Philosophy. After that, obtained a Digital Marketing certificate and a Master Practitioner level of NLP. She then moved to Vancouver, where she studied Business Dynamics & International Marketing. While in Canada, she was accepted into a program at the University of Chicago to hone her marketing skills. After participating in an apprenticeship where she coordinated affiliates and dealt with top bloggers in the marketing space, Prelude Events took notice and requested her SEO skills. Ester's greatest strength is in her ability to listen and empathize while implementing her logic and analytical skills to help her clients reach their objectives. This along with a never give up attitude makes her a great asset to the Prelude team. What you didn't know about Ester: Ester's family owns a motorbike shop. LAURA CARDONA

Laura Cardona grew up in Barcelona, in a very open minded family that brought her to start travelling abroad from her early childhood. In her teenage years, she joined different exchange programs in Europe and USA and benefited greatly from multi-cultural experiences. Laura holds degrees both in Arts and in Communication, which combined with years of experience in the MICE industry result in a creative and proactive approach to event management. Laura has an amazing ability to adapt to new situations and challenges. A can-do attitude that is very much valued both internally and externally. MARI CARMEN LOPEZ

Mari Carmen López was born in the bosom of a large family in Barcelona. Since her childhood, she was restless, a small whirlwind that already loved the beach and mathematics, in that order of importance. It was not until she became independent that she decided to pursue her dream of continuing her studies and managed to graduate in Business Sciences. That gave her the opportunity to work as an accountant in a high tech multinational company for 18 years. During that time, she developed a wide variety of finance tasks in a very demanding environment, broadening and consolidating all the knowledge acquired. In that search for new horizons and opportunities she met the Prelude team. The Prelude family gives Mari Carmen the possibility to explore and enjoy the point of madness that she is missing. In exchange, she brings her experience, perseverance, work ethic, dynamism, responsibility and commitment to the company. Attitudes that make her a perfect match. It was not long before her aspirations changed to become an event planner. With a desire to experience a global view of events, she enrolled and obtained a degree in communications and began an internship at Prelude Events before being promoted to Event Planner. Marta's onsite event experience provides her with a critical eye and proactive approach to event management. This, combined with her attention to detail, creativity, kindness, and genuine care of Prelude clients as well as her own colleagues, makes her a wonderful asset to the team. NURIA LLUCH ROBERT

Núria Lluch fell in the events cooking pot when she was only a few months old. Part of a large family, all of whom are passionate about movies and musicals, Núria turned her young eye on the small details and production value of set locations, lighting, decor, and their importance in transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. This became a passion all her own. Núria combines 15 years event management experience with a degree in Tourism and Business Management and a Diploma in Social Cultural Animation. Thirsty for diversity and new challenges, Núria has worked on various corporate, private and cultural projects in Spain, Italy, Holland and the USA. Now settled in Barcelona, Núria thrives on offering the best experiences her home land has to offer, constantly researching the up and coming trends and sensations so that our clients can fully enjoy Catalonia. Núria's creativity combined with her empathy with our clients make her an essential piece of the Prelude puzzle. What you didn't know about Núria: She is a film-shooting-location-search-enthusiast. WENDY VON FRIES - CEO, President

First generation American born to a Scandinavian father and Spanish mother, her childhood was spent surrounded by multiple languages and heavy accents. Her work is her passion. Wendy has worked exclusively in events and hospitality since her first internship at the age of 19. Her career consists of Director of Marketing and Sales for the Leading Hotels of the World in Scandinavia, and Account Executive for Maritz Travel Company based in St. Louis, managing corporate incentives primarily for IT and pharmaceutical companies in a span of 20 years. Wendy is the founder of Paris Prelude and co-founder of Prelude Events. She is also the Co-founder and Co-inventor of two international applications in the travel / event planning industry. Wendy is a savant in the events industry. Although she claims that she is always learning, we often say that she has seen it all. Her keen solution orientated personality smoothes the way for many seemingly impossible opportunities. What you didn't know about Wendy: she is a former athlete with California state titles in both Gymnastics and Track & Field. Her high school records remain unbroken in the 400 meters. Industry expert with over 20 years experience in the event design, communications, planning and destination management business. I was born in USA, and have lived in Copenhagen, Paris and Barcelona throughout my career. I'm a former Account Executive with Maritz Travel Company, President and Founder of Prelude Event Architects in Europe, and co-inventor of two international applications in the travel/event planning space.
