Daniel Friedman

Daniel is an experienced entrepreneur that has successfully established and developed several businesses in multiple sectors in the US. Among other ventures, Mr. Friedman founded and managed a high volume satellite TV installation company which grew to gain presence in 6 states (GA, MD, VA, PA, NJ, DE, DC) in a short time period. During this period, Daniel managed a workforce of over 40 people between employees and subcontractors. Prior to founding that company, Daniel gained experience working as an Account Manager for a sub-contracting company of the EPA, involved in a federal compliance program for leak detection of underground fuel storage tanks through statistical inventory reconciliation. Currently, Daniel owns and manages both a General Contracting company and a Home Building company in FL. The General Contracting company, amongst other activities, conducted work on behalf of major construction company in a national federal program for remediating homes affected with defective drywall in accordance with federal and state protocols. The global value of this program has been established at over 1 billion USD.

Eli N. Avila

Eli N. Avila is an innovative leader and change agent that has expanded access to health. With over thirty years as a physician and attorney, Dr. Avila is an experienced health executive and public policy expert. He served as 26th Secretary of Health of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the 9th Commissioner of Health of Orange County, New York, and the former Chief Deputy Commissioner of Health Services and Public Health Director of Suffolk County, New York. Throughout his career he has also advised legislators and co-authored more than twenty-two healthcare laws. Dr. Avila is an innovative leader and change agent that has expanded access to health, deregulated arcane health regulations, led transformational health equity symposia, championed community engagement and partnerships, testified on national issues such as the opioid epidemic, fracking, health equity, childhood lead poisoning, tobacco 21, and mobile lab testing of infectious diseases, served as an Incident Commander during natural disasters, and has collaborated on constitutional issues with White House Counsel. As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer, he has overseen, licensed and regulated over 250 hospitals, 750 nursing homes, 9 family health centers, and 100's of ambulance companies. While in Pennsylvania, he was charged with establishing a healthcare plan in compliance with the Affordable Care Act and delivering such to the Secretary of the US DHHS; regulated all managed healthcare plans; served as the Governor's clinical liaison to the Commonwealth's health insurance plans; and chaired the Pennsylvania e-Health Collaborative Executive Council. Between 2010 and 2017, he was awarded almost $85M in grants for public health programs, community initiatives, research, and emergency preparedness. Dr. Avila is one of approximately three hundred individuals, who is board certified by the American Board of Legal Medicine. He serves on the Board of Governors of the American College of Legal Medicine (ACLM), which has advised the United States Supreme Court on health law cases via its amicus curiae briefs for over six decades. Additionally, he serves as ACLM's National Spokesperson. Dr. Avila has taught and lectured in schools of medicine, law, and public health. He currently holds a position of Distinguished Visiting Professor in Public Health in the Institute of Public Health of the New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Avila's impeccable academic record includes an ScB in Biology from Brown University, an MD from the Brown Medical School, a JD with cum laude honors from the St. John's University School of Law, and an MPH with high honors from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine as well as graduating from the Executive Education program for State Health Officials at the Harvard School for Public Health and the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, a joint program between the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Harvard School of Public Health

Mr. Ruben Estrada

Ruben Estrada is a highly seasoned and recognized Community and Government Relations leader with a combined 30-year career in Community and Government Relations, Public Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, and Hispanic Marketing, Media, and Broadcasting. Mr. Estrada has been recognized by the New York State Assembly and Senate by a legislative resolution for his contributions to the advancement of minority communities, including special initiatives focused on the Hispanic/Latino community. Acknowledged for being in the forefront of developing legislative approaches to combat the social and economic ills which have created barriers for Hispanics and other minorities in New York State, Mr. Estrada's endeavors have led to the creation of the New York State Office of Minority Health and the Puerto Rican Hispanic Business Development Center within the NYS Urban Development Corporation. Mr. Estrada is highly sought after for his expertise in building minority marketplace awareness, development, and advancement as well as for his knowledge in implementing effective public affairs strategies and campaigns which have resulted in annual sales and national revenue increases in the millions of dollars. Highly adept at building broadly diverse coalitions across media, broadcasting, and advertising groups, Mr. Estrada has successfully influenced strategic transformational outcomes in diverse markets and communities across the country. Mr. Estrada is the creator, developer, and host of "Linea Informativa", a weekly bi-lingual local radio program serving the Hudson Valley, NY area. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Hudson Valley Fiesta Latina, an annual event held to celebrate Hispanic/Latino culture, drawing hundreds of attendees annually from throughout the Tri state area and beyond. Mr. Estrada serves as the Chairman of Helping Hands for Puerto Rico, a non-partisan 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which supports the development of the arts, entrepreneurship, and education in low income Puerto Rican communities.

Regino Boti

Regino has almost 20 years of experience in finance and investment banking He started his career doing financial analysis of biotech and pharmaceutical companies at F&C Investments in London (part of Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust, which had funds under management of over 4,2 billion USD). As part of his work he developed a valuation model underpinned by a modified Monte Carlo simulation which became the reference for the analysis of such companies at F&C Investments Regino subsequently held senior positions in corporate finance and structured and leveraged finance at several banking institutions (e.g., Credit Suisse, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein). During that period he built several models for assessing the viability of financing transactions and the financial position of borrowers in the public and private markets and designed and developed a unique and proprietary analytical tool to model the cashflow profile of construction loan portfolios for risk management and securitization Throughout his investment banking career he was directly involved or led the arrangement of transactions with a notional value of more than 10 billion USD for corporates and financial institutions (banks) Regino holds a degree in Economics from Havana University, an MA in Economics from Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada) and an MBA (Finance) from Cass Business School, City University (London, UK).
