The Wine Research Centre (WRC) is the focal point for grape and wine industry research and education at The University of British Columbia (UBC). Our core mission is to support the development of a sustainable and effective Canadian grape and wine industry through world-class research, excellence in wine education, practical solutions and knowledge mobilization... The Wine Research Centre has led wine research and education at UBC for more than two decades. In more recent years, a reimagining of the centre through an innovative collaboration paved the way for the creation of a dual-campus centre headquartered on the Okanagan campus.
