Joanna has been with RWF for ten years and is responsible for the efficient administration of the company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the director are implemented.
After leaving school with the highest ever marks in carpentry at his school in the 70s, Rick struggled to find a joinery apprenticeship due to recession. This led him into the engineering field for a number of years where he obtained his HND. Joining a small building firm brought him experience and his City & Guilds carpentry qualification. Being a quick learner and a perfectionist soon brought Rick up to where he is today running his own carpentry/joinery firm with specialisation in washroom installation, cutting and pitching roofs, dealer refits etc.
