Abbie is a Paralegal in the Technical and Complex Team.
Abbie's role includes assisting fee earners in First Tier Tribunal and litigated matters involving breaches of lease, service charges and costs relating to fire safety remedial works. The team's case load varies from day to day including drafting legal documents, liaising with relevant parties and reviewing complex disputes that involve section 20 dispensation of consultation requirements and section 27A disputes on liability of services charges.
Abby works within the technical and complex team and deals with property litigation matters and service charge disputes.
Abby primarily assists Fee Earners in both First-tier Tribunal and litigated matters involving breaches of lease, costs relating to fire safety remedial works and liaising with clients to provide advice. Abby's workload consists of reviewing complex disputes, drafting statements of case and other legal documents, and liaising with relevant parties including the Court, the Tribunal and Counsel.

Ailish is heavily involved with the non-criteria & criteria ground rent process and engages regularly with managing agents and clients. She is also involved in the setting up of new clients and performing appropriate background checks. Ailish also deals with new business enquiries and advises potential new client on our services.
As the Business Development Coordinator, Ailish is involved with various duties including organising our attendance to various property awards and events, arranging travel or accommodation to client meetings and organising meetings and evenings out with clients.
Ailish also deals with the client management system and client training portal.
Aisling is a Paralegal in the Technical & Complex team and deals with client retainers.
Aisling's main roles include assisting fee-earners on non-litigated queries and aiding the pre-issue forfeiture team.

Alan works within the IT and Digital Business department, engaged in the development of applications and database functionality to support business activity including supporting technologies and the growing reporting suite in use within the company and for our clients.
Alex's role as a Paralegal in our Technical and Complex Litigation team, often involves corresponding with the courts and Land Registry. Alex also assists fee earners with the completion and filing of court documents. These matters frequently involve the breach of a lease and related disputes.
Alexandra deals predominantly with commercial property litigation matters, ranging from arrears recovery to breach of covenant and forfeiture.
Alexandra 's principle areas of practice include the handling of disputes relating to both commercial and residential developments and acting on behalf of Landlords and Management Companies in connection with wide variety of breaches of lease with specialisms in residential forfeiture and enforcement.
Amelia deals with a wide selection of property litigation matters at various stages of their legal process.
Amelia predominantly deals with defended/disputed claims relating to arrears of service charge and ground rent allocated to the small claims track. Amelia's caseload largely comprises of cases relating to service charge and ground rent arrears which are disputed. Amelia carries cases throughout their small claims directions to trial.
Enforcement is also a key responsibility of Amelia's role as she is well acquainted with the process of applying for charging orders under CPR Part 73 and instructing the High Court Enforcement under CPR Part 84.
Amelia's role also includes advising Landlord and Management Company clients as to their liabilities and obligations primarily relating to service charges and the prospect of success of their potential claim.
Amy manages the growing Forfeiture department at JB Leitch. This involves advising clients of the forfeiture process including the defended process (including cost implications), the day-to-day running of the team and continued development of the paralegals within the team.
Amy consistently displays energy, commitment and a strong managerial style that has helped shape the team and deliver a strong track record of success. Always focused on client outcomes, Amy provides a high level of expertise in residential forfeiture matters including unregistered, insolvent and out of jurisdiction leases.

Andrew started at JB Leitch as part of the Real Estate team in September 2021 when he received his training contract, becoming a qualified Solicitor in 2023.
Andrew is well versed in the complexities and nuances of freehold and leasehold law. Andrew regularly handles a high volume of commercial leases mostly by conducting due diligence, completing transactions, submitting the Deeds of Surrender to the Land Registry, and removing the accompanying restrictions. He has also drafted conveyancing transfer documents, giving the leasehold law advice to clients and, in the main, explores together with his colleagues in JB Leitch Real Estate, almost all facets of a given real estate case.
