I started bizmktg.com in 2012 because I was tired of seeing small businesses waste their marketing investment on things that didn't actually grow their business. I help businesses win online by optimizing each piece of their marketing mix. This drives down their "cost per lead" so they get more new customers for each dollar spent. I've lived in the Pacific Northwest all my life. I love to ski, snowboard, fish, play squash and spend time with my family. My current favorite books are the "Aubrey-Maturin series" by Patrick O'Brian and "The Ideal Team Player," by Patrick Lencioni.
