DLCO-EA

The Desert Locust Control Organization for Eastern Africa (DLCO-EA) is a regional pest and vector management organization established by an International Convention signed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 1962. Member Countries of the Organization include Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda... Since its inception in 1962 to the beginning of the new millennium, DLCO-EA has received technical, financial and other forms of support from a wide variety of friends and partners in development.
