Erika is Māori and hails from New Zealand and Japan. Since moving to Australia in 2022, she has worked in the legal industry, helping buyers and sellers navigate the conveyancing process.

Jess is our Finance Officer.
She grew up in Sydney's Sutherland Shire and found her passion for the legal profession while working at the Sunshine Coast for a large insurance firm as a claims recovery advisor. She was promoted to Recoveries Team Manager, a testament to her natural (and learned/developed) leadership skills.
Jess joined Foxlaw back in 2017 and has worked in a variety of roles, often wearing many ‘hats'. She continues to champion the values and culture of Foxlaw.
Jess spends much of her time outside of work with her young family (with her husband Cody and her two daughters).

Josh is a lawyer, problem solver, speaker, and the founder of Foxlaw. Along with a keen intellect, he brings passion, optimism and empathy to the practice of law. Josh earned degrees in both law and commerce at the University of Queensland. He has studied abroad on exchange both at the University of British Columbia (Canada) and the University of Nottingham (UK). He holds a Master of Laws degree.
Josh grew up in Rockhampton attending school at St. Anthony's and Emmaus College. Josh loves travel and a good challenge (having ticked Everest Base Camp and the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro off his ‘100 Things' List). Josh has a strong belief in the benefits of living and working in the regions and is a young and enthusiastic advocate for business development and professional networking both in Brisbane and CQ. Josh spends time in both our Rockhampton and Brisbane offices.

Marjorie is originally from the Philippines. After a hiatus (of nearly 10 years) due to a growing family, she decided to undertake further studies at university and completed a law degree.
In her spare time, Marjorie enjoys spending time with her family and loves to bake.

In her time outside of work, Shayla can often be found nourishing her love for The Arts. She has been lucky enough to showcase her own art in a number of competitions and gallery spaces.
