With a history of 129 years, the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) is the world's largest non-profit professional association for grain milling, bringing together grain millers and trade representatives to develop education and training opportunities in industry-related fields. With 10 directorates in the United States and 4 directorates worldwide, IAOM provides an international forum for the discovery of ideas, technological and educational opportunities, new products and services, and networking.
