Charlene Rawson was great. She walked me thru everything
Charlene Rawson did an amazing job as our mortgage finance officer. She stayed right on top of the process every step of the way and was extremely responsive to my calls and emails. Charlene also went above and beyond when the crunch of the closing date hit. There was a last minute glitch in the paperwork from escrow, but Charlene went into overdrive to make sure that the closing happened on time. What a relief! I give Charlene extra high marks and would use her services again in a heartbeat.
Charlene Rawson was thorough, very helpful, and patient with the many steps of the sometimes confusing loan process. I feel she worked very hard to secure the best possible deal and "nagged" just enough to make sure we didn't miss important deadlines.
