Our multi-disciplinary team of GPs, nurses and administrative staff work closely together to provide a modern, integrated model of care. We are active members of the Severn Health Primary Care Network. We are planning to move to new premises in the centre of Stroud in late 2021, along with the Stroud Valleys Family Practice. These new premises will help us to provide even more services for our patients.
