Strawberry Tree is recruiting! We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a key new kitchen team member to work closely with Giselle, a passionate chef with 40 years' experience. Your tasks will include food preparation, ordering from suppliers, supporting tasks during lunch and/or evening service, as well as all those smaller jobs that make a successful, commercial kitchen run smoothly. You will learn first-hand about our food from Giselle and have a unique opportunity to develop your knowledge of and experience cooking Spanish and North African cuisine. Catering experience is useful but not essential for the role as training will be provided. What we do need is someone with bags of initiative, a desire to learn, good attention to detail, capable of working alone on set tasks but also as a key member of the team.
