Jim Foley - CFO

Jim joined CLEAN at the beginning of 2018, initially in a consultancy role to assist with the acquisition by Alsco, he subsequently moved in to the role of Finance Director in September of that year. With 20 years of experience in senior financial roles, Jim has worked in both the UK and international positions, within the logistics, transport consultancy, aviation and engineering industries. Used to working in fast moving and rapidly changing environments, Jim has always strived to build finance teams that are not purely a traditional control function, but that are also capable of challenging and supporting the commercial activities of the business. Jim has a Bachelor of Arts from Lancaster University and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accounts.

John Newland

As the Regional Director of Operations at CLEAN Linen & Workwear, John leads a team of site directors and managers located across the UK, delivering high-quality and sustainable linen solutions to a diverse range of customers. John has over 10 years of senior leadership experience in the linen and workwear industry, as well as in the aerospace, steel and metals sector.

Kevin Godley - CEO

Kevin Godley joined CLEAN in February 2018 as Chief Financial Officer to support the next phase of the company's growth. Following the acquisition by Alsco, Kevin was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in June 2019 to drive the business forward. Kevin has accumulated a wide-ranging exposure to various types of corporate activity including acquisitions and fund raising and most recently in his role as CFO of Gama Aviation Plc., helped steer the company from a private equity backed business onto the AIM market through a reverse merger acquisition of Hangar8 Plc. With Kevin's guidance, Gama Aviation Plc. has experienced substantial organic and inorganic growth over the past five years. Kevin has Bachelor of Science degree from Bath University and qualified as a chartered accountant with Moore Stephens LLP.

Matt Tate - CTO

Matt Tate joined CLEAN in 2016 as Chief Technical Officer to support the UK's second largest hospitality flatwork provider as it continues to grow and become the linen supplier of choice for the hospitality industry. With a plethora of skills and an extensive range of experience in IT infrastructure, including the management of large enterprise projects, Matt's role within the business involves the management of all internal reporting systems, analysing raw data and the supervision of the intricate laundry management systems that are in place at each of CLEAN's seven national laundries. Coming from a client facing, supplier background, Matt has regularly seen the challenges that companies face whilst using technology to drive a business forward.

Myra Tourick - CHRO

Myra joined CLEAN in 2019 bringing with her over 20 years human resources experience. Before this she was Managing Director of her own human resources consultancy Toucan HR Limited. Prior to setting up Toucan HR, Myra was Director of Human Resources at engineering company Imtech Traffic & Infra UK & Ireland (now Dynniq) for almost six years. Myra also worked in the hotel industry where she held senior HR positions at several prestigious properties, including Cliveden and Crowne Plaza London St James. Myra's philosophy is based on positive ‘People First' principles, she is passionate about creating first class people and development strategies to create highly motivated teams that deliver exceptional service to customers. Myra is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Neil McColl

Neil joined CLEAN in January 2014 as General Manager of the Maidenhead laundry site, returning it to profitability, before moving on to Head of Workwear in February 2016. In September 2017 Neil was appointed Site Director of the Camberley Facility and in December 2023 Neil was appointed as Director for Operations for Workwear. Prior to his time at CLEAN, Neil successfully held several senior operational roles across a broad range of industries. Neil was previously Chief Operating Officer for a private equity backed Digital Media Provision Company servicing the Aviation Sector, Operational Planning & Performance Manager at BAA Heathrow. He started his professional career by completing Pirelli's Graduate Scheme, before quickly progressing to a variety of Senior Operational Roles with the Pirelli Cables Group prior to its sale to Goldman Sachs. Neil has a Bachelor of Science, and Master of Science degree from the University of West Scotland, and a Business Administration degree from the Open University.
