Kadampa Meditation Centre Liverpool offers meditation classes for the people of Liverpool and Mersyside with the opportunity to learn how to meditate and practice the transformative teachings of the Buddha... We are a Charity and depend upon the kind financial support of our Community, our Members and all those who pay for our services in order to be here for you and others as a place of peace and spiritual refuge for all... We hold weekly meditation classes at KMC Liverpool (Sefton Park) & 5 other locations across the region. We also hold special events and courses which are more in-depth. We offer classes suitable for all levels of interest.
