Alex Lumley

Alex is joining us here as a Block Manager at Jones Robinson. He is very committed with a great eye for detail, which makes him an excellent addition to our team. Alex has been involved in football at a semi-pro level since he was 18! He is very sociable and loves to go to theme parks with his daughter as well as weekends away with his fiancée.

Alex Mazurkiewicz

Alex joined as Block Manager in 2020, having previously worked in similar roles for the past 9 years. He was promoted to Head of Block Management in 2022 after proving himself to be highly effective at growing the portfolio, while at the same time implementing and adhering to new and innovative protocols and processes to ensure that Jones Robinson are operating in a much improved productive and compliant manner. Alex is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. In his spare time, he's a vocalist for a band in Reading and is a keen biker!

Alex Pike

Alex joined our Admin & Compliance team in 2021 following 5 years working for a local marketing company where she started as a Design & Development Apprentice after leaving Newbury College. Alex is responsible for preparing our sales and lettings property details and brochure design, generating valuation and sales letters for our busy team of eight valuers across three of our five offices and ensuring all compliance procedures are followed. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, baking and spending time with friends and family.

Andrea Deegan

Andrea has been with the team since 2009. Previously, she worked at the local bank for 26 years. She is Devizes born and bred and knows everyone in town! Andrea works in both sales and lettings and has an all round knowledge of the business.

Andrew Francis

Andrew is our most experienced team member, having worked as an estate agent for over 40 years. He was drawn to the word of estate agency at an early age by the contact his father had with local agents at the family's building and development company. During the past 40 years, Andrew has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and there's nothing he wouldn't do to ensure his clients have the best possible service … on one occasion he was struggling to get back far enough on the Kennet & Avon canal to take a front shot of a property he was placing on the market, so after the owner flagged down a passing barge, he was allowed to climb on board and waited until he was in the right place for the perfect front shot. In his spare time he is a big railway enthusiast which has taken him all over the world, and he has three dogs which keep him occupied in the local countryside!

Andy Escott

Andy Escott joined our property management team in November 2022 and covers our portfolio in the Devizes and surrounding area. With extensive experience in both residential lettings and property management, Andy previously also assisting in the management of 1000 residential managed units and personally managed 25 blocks. He's is a huge sports fan, enjoying cricket, rugby and football, and loves exploring the great outdoors walking his dog!

Anisha Lane

Anisha Lane joined our Newbury team in 2022 as a Sales & Lettings Consultant on our busy front desk, looking after clients who are registered with us and booking viewings and valuations. Anisha has several years' experience in both education and hospitality, with excellent customer service and communication skills. In her spare time she is a keen swimmer and has recently taken up running, training to complete a half marathon in 2023.

Anna Hill

Anna says, "Five roles and 13 years later I sit back reminiscing over my career within residential lettings at Jones Robinson... I took the plunge 6 years in to explore the world of Property Management - and what a different world it was! This new venture gave me excitement, variety and broadened my knowledge of the lettings industry. The biggest and most rewarding aspect is to be able to develop and build relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Looking after our portfolio landlords, I am proud to say I have been able to do just that." One of our landlords has been with Jones Robinson for over 20 years. Anna added, "Dealing with maintenance, giving advice, overseeing refurbishment projects is all part of the day to day service for this landlord, but what makes my role special and gives me that buzz is getting invites to have tea and cake - and no, not just for the cake! I visit every other month; we sit and often chat away for hours. At no point do I sit and wonder what the time is, it may have gone past my usual 6pm finish but to me it never matters. Having built a relationship with this landlord since day one at Jones Robinson, I am proud to say she regularly picks up the phone to ask for help; this has involved a whole host of tasks ranging from how to use a mobile phone or popping over to set up vole traps in the garden... and I wouldn't have it any other way!"

Becky Cox

Becky joined our Newbury team as a Lettings Consultant in 2022, with ten years' customer service experience in retail and insurance; she's a natural when it comes to looking after our customers - so much so that she was promoted in 2023 to Lettings Front Desk Assistant Manager to help manage our busy Lettings team. Becky lives in Thatcham and in her spare time enjoys motor sports, cycling and home renovation.

Beth Rawcliffe - VP of Sales

Our Sales Director Beth Sharpe joined the Newbury team whilst studying at university for a maths degree. After graduating in 2015, Beth commenced her journey working within all departments of the business, eventually choosing to settle back in sales, in a negotiator role. Beth's colleague, director Paul Hodgson commented, "Beth's meteoric rise over the last few years is due to her attention to detail, relentless enthusiasm and acumen which, along with her natural interpersonal skills, enabled her seamless move into the valuing role, followed by the Sales Manager position in the Newbury branch, and now into her current position as Sales Director. What makes Beth different is the personal relationship she builds with each of her customers. For example, Beth's first ever vendor (who is 50 years older than her) has become a good friend who she pops in to see for a cup of tea and they write to one another regularly! Beth grew up in Newbury, but now lives in Hungerford and in her spare time loves to keep active, cook new recipes and spend time with her family and friends.

Caitlin Fitzgerald

Caitlin joined us in 2021 with experience in retail and customer service, and after working in both our sales and lettings departments in Newbury is currently based at our Church Robinson office in Didcot. Caitlin has consistently gained many Google reviews and after only her first few weeks, one commented, "Caitlin looked after my enquiry and request for a property viewing. Very efficient and also helpful when we had to re-arrange it. She made it quick and in a very friendly happy approach, glad this lovely lady was looking after our rearrangements. Other agencies should take a note on how it's done!" One of her latest reviews in July 2023 said, "Excellent service received from Caitlin! She is very dedicated to her work and walks the extra mile for her client. Thank you Caitlin!" In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, cooking, baking and home decorating/design.

Caitlin Thornley

Caitlin joined the team at Jones Robinson in 2023 as a Marketing Executive. With a background in acting and experience in Social Media Marketing, Caitlin's energetic personality is a great addition to our marketing department at Jones Robinson. Caitlin's passion for social media is clear as, in her spare time, she makes art and writes poetry, both of which she documents and shares on her own social media accounts. Caitlin also loves cats and going to the beach.

Carrie Stoneman

Carrie joined us in 2019 and is invaluable in assisting us on a part time basis to carry out viewings. She consistently receives excellent feedback from our customers and in August 2022, viewer Josh Mollart commented, "Carrie has shown us around a couple of properties now and she's great. Super professional but honest and real. She gives ideas about potential renovations and doesn't try and downplay any potential downsides to a property. She's a big step above a lot of the other estate agents we've seen." She lives locally and in her spare time loves to spend time with her family and friends.
