He holds MBA (Finance) from University of Kansas, USA & currently pursuing his Doctoral in Business Administration (University of Newcastle, Australia).He was trained extensively locally as well as overseas in Human Resource Development and Management.
EN ABDUL JALIL GHAZALI also experience in Internal Auditing and Human Resources and had served in various management capacities with PETRONAS, PROTON and JT International (formerly known as R. J. Reynolds). As a Senior Management Team Member and Regional Human Resource Director for JT International - multinational company based in Geneva, he was responsible for all strategic human resources management and organizational and people development initiatives for the Company's operations in Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Business Service Centre and Global Service Desk (a JT International shared-service organization for finance and IT services operations for Asia Pacific region) in Malaysia.
EN ABDUL JALIL GHAZALI is well verse in the area of human resource consulting, education, strategic planning, training and some of the major global projects that he was involved were in the implementation of job evaluation for New Work Group, performance management and competencies development programs and the setting-up of the Shared Services for the Finance and Information Technology functions for the Asia Pacific region.

EN. AHMAD FADZIDIN BIN ARSHAD is the GROUP CEO & EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN of the company and is responsible for managing day-today operation of the company. He is a post graduate diploma holder from SUNWAY College & CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF MARKETING (CIM) UK, in marketing & management (specialize in technology development). Previously he worked as a CHIEF BUSINESS CONSULTANT for a local private software house (subsidiary to public listed company) which specializes in software application (ACCPAC accounting system, AXIM estimating system, PRIMAVERA PROJECT, POWER BUILDERS & PROLOG MANAGER).
EN. AHMAD FADZIDIN BIN ARSHAD is known as hands - on tecnopreneur by the business market community because tremendously he develop the business skills from ground level (experienced outgoing to the sales field to perform demo, negotiation, closing, support & after sales services). He is the key instrumental that formulates strategic planning and knowledge based idea for the company. Brilliantly EN. MR. PHUA KIA WOO is the executive director of the company & is one of the holding company main shareholders. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from London Imperial College.
He is former system analyst & network engineer for Telekom Malaysia BHD & was responsible for Telekom Malaysia Bhd. first satellite data transmission program. MR. PHUA KIA WOO is well
verse with wireless communication, Telco infrastructure, networking & internet setting up and act as networking & telco infrastructure adviser to the company. MR. PHUA KIA WOO has developed strong connection & business rapport with technology partner & corporate investor from Singapore, Vietnam & Korean which drives the company momentum as well as develops global business opportunity.

YANG BERHORMAT DATUK HAJI ABDULLAH BIN MOHD ALI is the NON EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN for AEROSOFT IT GROUP OF COMPANIES from 1994. He holds a degree in human communication from University Technology of Malaysia (UTM). He brings with him an outstanding 30 over years experience serving in the government sector. His last position in government department was senior private secretary to deputy Minister of Finance (M.O.F.) Y.A.B. DATO' HAJI ABDUL GHANI BIN OTHMAN
(now Menteri Besar of JOHORE State). YANG BERHORMAT DATUK HAJI ABDULLAH BIN MOHD ALI had also served in Ministry of Youth & Sports, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister Department & Public Works department. In the last general election he won the state constituency of Bukit Naning & appointed as AHLI DEWAN UNDANGAN NEGERI (ADUN) and this political connection will be a key contribution & valuable asset for the company to penetrate our E-HR solution in the government sector.
