Authority Credit Services is a full-service credit repair and credit counseling company. We will work on your behalf to remove all aged and derogatory credit markings from your credit report that you identify as an error. We will dispute all negative items appearing on your credit report regarding collection accounts, judgments, repossessions, late payments, bankruptcy and all other erroneous items listed on your credit bureau report. The FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) allows us to challenge and dispute all erroneous information shown on your credit. The credit bureau has 30 days to validate the information on your credit report and respond to each dispute filed. If the credit bureau cannot prove it, they must remove it. We will send dispute letters to all three credit bureaus requesting their cooperation by law for the removal of negative marks and erroneous items...
