Aria Rafiee is a Mortgage Loan Officer and motivator on a mission to help each client achieve their dream of home ownership. Before becoming a Licensed Loan Officer, he spent his time working in the credit industry ensuring individuals were placed in a position to purchase a home. Once he bought a home of his own, he quickly realized how important such a large investment can be and he wanted to be a part of that life-changing process for others.
Through the course of over a decade, Aria has gained extensive experience within the financial space, assisting thousands of people along the way. Within that time, his integrity, respectfulness, and passionate nature have all earned him a reputation as a trusted professional that his clients can count on.
When he isn't working, you can find Aria playing, watching and coaching sports of all kinds. A dedicated family man, he especially enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife and their three precious daughters.

Damon Volkart is a Senior Loan Officer at TLC with over nine years of mortgage lending experience. Born and raised in California, Missouri, Damon attended the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. Damon is very active in the community participating in many activities and organizations, such as Women's Council of Realtors, E.P.I.C., Missouri Home Builders Association, and the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, among others. The financial aspects of buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming but they don't have to be. Marcus is devoted to serving the community he grew up in. He has a true passion for educating and empowering our local youth. Which led him to found two nonprofit basketball programs, Columbia Magic and 94FT; He currently serves as the director for all programs, includingCarrollGoL1ve. The organization strives to instill a code of ethics built on honesty, responsibility and teamwork. Marcus serves the Boys & Girls Club as mentor and member of the program faculties committee. He also assists our Nations Veterans on Central Missouri Honor Flights, as a guardian.
Marcus brings the same service and commitment to the Total Lending Concepts Columbia Team. He has been employed in the mortgage industry since 2015. Most of that time has been helping Veterans who served our country to achieve the American dream of home ownership.Marcus is an excellent communicator who radiates with positivity. Mitch Richards grew up in Montana and moved to Missouri in 2008. With a background in teaching, customer service, and sales, Mitch brings a customer-focused approach to mortgage lending. With a firm belief that home ownership should be available to all, Mitch prides himself on always being available to the borrower throughout the loan process. He also speaks Spanish at a professional level. Mitch has a three year old son Shane and in his free time enjoys fishing, doing yoga, and reading.
