Hi, my name is Alyson Taylor, and I am the Social Media Manager at B-Squared. I am a sophomore at Kent State University with a major in Communication Studies and a minor in advertising. I am a freelance Social Media Manager, that has built my clientele up with a few clients with one of them being B2. I started working for B2 the summer of 2022 as a digital marketing intern. Before the summer ended and I was about to go back to college for my second year, I was asked to join the team as an employee as the company's social media manager. My responsibilities include curating content across four social channels and ensuring a cohesive online brand identity, tracking, analyzing, and collecting weekly analytics, developing, and producing short video content on TikTok and Instagram Reels, and wrote copy for social posts with engaging elements to draw our target audience in. A little bit about my family is I am the daughter of Brian and Nicole Taylor and have one sister named Maddie, she is a senior at Lake High School. We also have two puppies named Henry and Lila that complete our family of 6. When I am not posting on social for B2, I enjoy hanging out with my friends on the cheer team at Kent, traveling with my family to our favorite places and cooking yummy dinners in my college apartment. What I love most about my job is learning all the aspects of what B2 really does for businesses further than just selling them promotional products and putting my creative abilities to use. The team at B2 is also what makes my job so fun and exciting to come to work. Some promotional products that I love include all the apparel especially from brands like Carhartt. The JBL speakers are unique and personable with any company logo, and I also find our drinkware collection unbeatable.
Hi, my name is Arielle Gaña, and I am a Sales Assistant at B-Squared. I work remotely for B2 from where I live in the Philippines and have been added to the team in November of 2022. My responsibilities at B2 consist of working alongside with Jimmy. We work as a team to make things easier for him as a Ice-Breaker. I assist him in sourcing great and cool products, creating proposals, and quotes as his assistant. A little bit about my family is, I got married when the pandemic hit. We have an adorable son named, Asher Jacinth who is now 1 year and 8 months old. When I am not working, me and my family enjoy going to church every Saturday for children outreach and choir practice. Every Sunday, we go to church service then, after that we are enjoying shopping at the mall and spending quality time with the family. What I love the most about my job is, I love how everyone works. As a newbie in the team, they help me understand everything so easily and smoothly. Products I love that B2 has to offer is everything about apparel goods, and of course, the food. I can't say no on these cool products!
Hi, my name is Ashley Hensley, and I am a cool idea specialist at B-Squared. I assist the #1 Cool Idea Executive, Nicole Coffield where I assure our clients are taken care of and receive their ‘cool' products on time. I get to order awesome promotional products for clients and build a relationship in the process. I like knowing they will get the best options and something tailored to their business or event. Some things about myself are, I have 3 kiddos Corbin (18), Payton (13), And Cash (8). My oldest son attends the University of Toledo and is studying to be a pharmacist, my daughter plays 3rd base in softball, and my youngest son is a Minecraft enthusiast!! My boyfriend's name is Justin, he works in Logistics at Provia and loves to golf and hunt. I also have 2 pups named Sadie (Blue Heeler) and Ace (Boxer). Sadie can out-fetch any dog!!!! Ace likes to lounge around and soak up the sun. When I am not selling cool products at B-Squared I like to do outdoor activities. These include riding my bike, hiking, swimming, boating (on other people's boats, ha-ha), and playing cornhole. I also love Bourbon, I haven't always liked it, but in the past 2 years, I have grown to love it! Justin and I have acquired quite a selection! I love to travel when I can and would love to go to Italy someday! Another thing is, my all-time favorite hobby is eating, I love trying new foods and entertaining. What I love most about my job is I enjoy feeling like part of a team. On top of that, the employee lunches are an added plus I love as well! I also enjoy meeting new people when they come in to visit our awesome showroom!! The vibe here is COOL. With being in this industry, my favorite product is anything you can drink from! There are SO MANY options and SO MANY ways to customize at B-Squared.
Hi, my name is Brent Belles, I am the President and the idea behind our company name and logo, B-Squared. I am responsible for everything but building such a great team around me. I LOVE seeing our reps take on challenges and landing big new deals. Some things about me are that I have a wife of 10 years, Sarah. A daughter named Bryn, who is seven years old and attends Lake Elementary and we have a dog named Baxter, they keep our life interesting. When I'm not at work I am either golfing, at golf, or traveling for golf. My focus is helping our sales team, the "Ice Breakers", with building their book of business and do what I'm good at, HUNT for new business. What I love about my job is seeing a project evolve from ground zero into a success. Fun projects excite me, such as a new business start- up that needs everything or a veteran client that just wants a new and cool product to showcase at an annual trade show. One of my favorites tell-all promotional products would have to be the ETS Polar TumblerSleek. It has a great price point and cool decoration options!
Hi, my name is Chris Rinehart, I am the correspondent of cool and considered the "Mother Penguin" at B-Squared and started working here in 2015. My responsibilities at B2 include greeting people when they come into the B-squared doors. I make sure they are comfortable, and I let their sales rep know their client is here for their appointment. I answer the phone and provide customers with knowledgeable information. I also answer any questions from vendors that need addressed such as artwork issues, stock issues, or invoices that need to be paid. I organize Bob, our delivery driver, schedule so it is ready for the week/ day. Some things about my family are that I am married & have two girls. Elizabeth, 32 and Taylor, 25. They are both the joy of my life. When I am not playing the part of being "Mother Penguin" at work, I spend all my time with my two girls. They both live in Columbus, so I travel there at least once a month, sometimes twice. I also enjoy going to the casino to bet on horse racing and playing the lottery. I am a very lucky lady and going for the long shots, many times has paid off. What I love most about my job is that I enjoy every day being different. We have a fun work environment that is always a good time. I enjoy when we have suppliers come in and show us new products with the possibility of receiving free products. B2 is like family to me, it is always a good time and lots of laughs at the office, events or at company lunches. Hi, my name is Eric Moccia, I am an Ice Breaker at B-Squared. I am the new guy and started in September of 2022! I am here to grow B2 into the wild and wonderful state of WV. Who knew penguins loved mountains and Mountaineers?! A little bit about me is that I have a wife, Kelly, and she is one of the smartest people I know. She is a Nurse Practitioner in the Cardiothoracic for West Virginia Medicine, (and she married me). We have two funny and energetic kiddos, Miller who is 5, and Brooklynn, who is 3. When I am not working away in WV, I love to golf. I'm a golf gunky, if you ever need a 4th, I am your guy! I also love to ski in the wintertime. Something I love about my job is my team and helping companies look cool. Hi, my name is James Carper, and I am the creator of cool at B-Squared. I started working here in 2007 and my main responsibility is getting to doodle all day long. A little bit about me is I have a wife named Sarah, two daughters Adriana who is a senior at Ohio State and Sophia who is a 5th grader at Greentown Elementary. I also have two dogs, a miniature Schnauzer named Vader and a Beagle mix named Keoki. When I am not at work doodling on photoshop I enjoy reading, watching movies and having game nights with my family. Something I love about my job is getting to work on a variety of different creative projects. One of many of the promotional products I enjoy at B2 is the Frost Buddy drinkware cup sleeve.
Hi, my name is Jared Weiss, and I am an Ice Breaker at B-Squared. I just recently started my job here in July of 2022. My main responsibilities are to work collaboratively and effectively with each member of the team, make and build relationships and generate as many cool ideas as possible, with the relationships that are made. I also stand as the fantasy football commissioner in the office. A little bit about my family is that I am the son of Craig & Karen Weiss and the brother of Jackson Weiss, who is currently working through the Nursing Program at Kent State University. When I am not pitching sales to customers. I enjoy playing baseball and basketball recreationally, working on a golf game, being with loved ones, grilling, and watching sports, especially football, baseball, basketball, and hockey. What I love most about my job is being a part of a team that consists of an extremely determined, optimistic, and one-of-a-kind environment with teammates that are fun and enjoyable to be around every single day. Hi, my name is Joy Laurora and I am the CSR at B-Squared. I work remotely for B2 from where I live in the Philippines, and I have been working with B2 since March of 2022. My main responsibility is processing the entire order that my reps submit to me to get the process moving forward and allow the customer to receive what they ordered into their hands in a smooth manner. A little about my family is that I have 2 siblings and I am the middle child. We have lots of pets in our house, we have cats (Blacky, Minty, Harry, and Ely). We have two love birds (Sunny and Sky). We had bunnies before, but they got bitten by a snake (Cloud and Cotton). I have fish beside my working place, but they don't have names. When I am not working during the week for B2, I enjoy going to places where there are a lot of different kinds of Plants. I always visit some of the gardens after work and on my day-offs. The most enjoyable part of my job is to make our customers happy by just informing/reminding them how things are going with their orders. This is simple, but it really makes them happy. With the help of my B2 Team, things are going smoothly, and I am very grateful to them because they are guiding me in every step I have made. My favorite product that B2 has to offer is our drinkware. I have one of my own and I love it.

Hi, my name is Kara Fitzwater. I am the VP of Operations or better known as the Money Maestro. I joined B-Squared in 1999, before B2 was even B2. I am sort of the most important employee here…just kidding. My responsibilities include vendor bill entry, invoicing clients, paying vendor bills, recording client deposits, vendor relations, HR, and managing the day- to-day operations of the office. A little bit about me is that I have a husband, Randy, two kids, Timmy & David, and I am also blessed with a grandchild, Anthony. Our two dogs Gauge & Remington keep us company now that we are empty nesters. When I'm not working, I enjoy camping and hunting. In 2020 I made Ohio's Big Buck Club! Something I love about my job is the challenge of wearing many hats in the office and working alongside our amazing team. Even though I handle mostly finance at B2, some of my favorite products include the Carhartt 2.0 Watch Cap, Carhartt Crawford Jacket, Pelican Elite Wheeled Cooler, Urban Peak Trail Insulator.
Hi, my name is Michael Fisher, and I am the Peddler of Cool at B-Squared. I joined the B2 team in 2019 and my responsibilities include being the lead educator on special promotions, as well as a full color decoration enthusiast. I am also the happy hour and entertainment quality control specialist with a focus in beer and brown spirits. A little bit about my family is, I have been married for 13 years and have 2 boys, ages 5 and 10 years old. We also have a pet cat named Floyd, and a Sheep doodle puppy named Ashton. When I am not at work, I take on the role of being an avid ping pong enthusiast and on the weekends, you will find me at my camper getting a little dirty in my side-by-side. What I love about my job at B2 is building relationships and making my customers happy and relieved that they have the best promotional items in the industry. The item I seem to always be telling customers about that I personally love is the Whistler Tumbler. I also promote a few stress relievers that are a common part of my sales pitch to customers.
Hi, my name is Nicole Coffield, I am the Senior Account Executive at B-Squared. I started my job at B2 in 2005 and my main responsibilities at B2 currently include discussing upcoming projects with clients and assisting them with sourcing cool solutions for their events. A little bit about myself is I have a husband named Josh, three kids: Lydia, Josh, and Brayden. Lydia, my daughter, graduated from high school last year and is currently pursuing a career in the medical field. My son Josh is a junior and my youngest Brayden is in 6th grade, both at Lake Local Schools. We also have a family dog that is a Cane Corso named Ruby. When I am not selling promotional products to customers, I enjoy photography, going to dinner with friends, and watching our kids participate in their favorite sports! I also love taking family vacations to the beach each year and having cookouts at home. My favorite thing about my job is finding new and trending products to offer to our clients. It's amazing to see client success stories from the various events and projects that B2 has been of assistance. I love telling customers about the amazing apparel, drinkware, and household items we have to offer for their company.
Hi, my name is Sarah Belles, I am the Penguin of All Trades here at B-Squared. I am responsible for creating, handling, and maintaining the webstore for B2 as well as sending out new client letters and ordering gifts. A little bit about me is my husband Brent, the president of B-Squared, and I have one daughter named Bryn and a dog named Baxter. When I'm not working, I enjoy golfing, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. The thing I love most about my job is our TEAM. I get to work with some amazing people and with those people we work together to help companies promote themselves with things like apparel and drinkware, which are my favorite types of products.
