Agnieszka Radziwon

Agnieszka Radziwon is Assistant Professor of Innovation Management, and works both at Aarhus University and the University of California, Berkeley (USA). Her expertise is in innovation and technology management. As a scholar, Agnieszka is looking into a broader perspective of inter-organisational collaboration in various types of (eco)systems. She is interested in the ways how knowledge is transferred across organisations, the role of networks in facilitating or hindering innovation, and how institutions codify ideas and practices. For over a decade before joining academia, Agnieszka lived in multiple EU countries while working both for the private sector and non-governmental organisations. She has experience in (project) management of externally-funded projects of various types. Alberto Di Minin

Alberto Di Minin is a Professor at the Istituto di Management of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and a Research Fellow with the Berkeley Roundtable on the International Economy (BRIE, U.C. Berkeley). Alberto's research deals with the appropriability of innovation: Open Innovation, new business models, technology transfer, Intellectual Property and R&D management. In 2006 he got his PhD with a dissertation on the internalisation of R&D from the Department of City and Regional Planning at University of California, Berkeley. He has received a MS in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta and a BA in Economics from the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna. Constanze Leeb

Constanze Leeb is from Austria. She studied Physics and Sociology for her bachelor degree at the University of Vienna in Austria. Following this, she studied two master's degrees in Physics and Cognitive Science. She was able to spend some time during her studies at the University of Chicago and the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. She was involved in detector research and development at the Stefan Meyer Institute for Subatomic Physics and wrote her master thesis in Physics on characterization measurements of CdZnTe detectors. Further, she worked on a social data science project with the Complexity Science Hub Vienna, looking at the spread of misinformation and conspiracy theories in online forums during the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic. During her time at the University of Ljubljana, she analyzed well-being questionnaires related to an experiment that recorded HRV data during music listening and was performed at the Medical Faculty. Constanze wrote her master thesis in Cognitive Science in collaboration with the Social Mind and Body Lab at the Central European University. She looked at synchronization patterns between partners when they try to coordinate auditory-motor rhythms under different auditory feedback conditions. Having focused and worked in various research areas, she has always been excited when she was able to integrate knowledge from different disciplines, which is why she is excited to embark on this new fascinating research topic with EINST4INE at the University of Cambridge.

Jessica Fishburn

Jessica Fishburn is EINST4INE's ESR13, performing research on innovation ecosystem orchestration mechanisms at LUT University supervised by Paavo Ritala & Argyro Almpanopoulou. Jess has a strong academic background, completing both her Bachelors in Business and Master of Research in Sustainable Futures at the University of Exeter, Cornwall. She graduated in the top 10% of her class and is the recipient of two awards in Social Action and Research Collaboration during her studies. When beginning higher education, Jess co-founded and became President of a Women in Business society, responsible for leading the team in organising workshops and events to promote confidence and opportunites for young professionals. Alongside this, she has worked for a social enterprise that trains and supports entrepreneurs to innovate social and environmental challenges in their local economy through purpose-led businesses. Jess has also worked on various projects providing consultancy and freelance support to start-ups and research projects seeking to address business and environmental challenges. In the past year, whilst completing her Masters, she has being supporting the production of a Circular Ecoonomy Handbook with Dr Alexander, Professor Pascucci, and Professor Charnley which she looks forward to being published early next year and has been engaged with facilitating the innovation mananagment research and practice community working as a Coordinator for the International Society for Professional Innovation Management.

Justyna Dabrowska

Justyna Dabrowska is a Vice Chancellor's Postdoctoral Research Fellow at RMIT University.
