Swimmers learn skills while they build strength and endurance. They learn to plan for success, to cope with setbacks and to take responsibility for themselves and their teammates. Our team environment encourages young people to develop self-discipline, consistency and reliability. And they have fun while they're doing it!... The most visible goal of our program is to help young people develop their individual potential in the sport of competitive swimming. Our program provides a good foundation for those swimmers who wish to go on to high school and/or college swim teams.
