Ann supports development and programs for JA of Greater South Carolina. Ann joins the JA of GSC team with 22 years of experience within the JA USA organization.
Ann enjoys supporting teachers with the JA programs taught by business volunteers who share their passion and real-life experiences to help the students, our future workforce, find their future career.

Bette joined JA of Greater South Carolina in August of 2016 as a Program Manager, working with lowcountry and midlands programs. She now oversees and manages the program operations for JA of Greater South Carolina's 43 counties. This includes working with the field staff to identify and recruit volunteers and educators, implementation of training as well as support in the implementation of JA programs, and develop recognition and stewardship opportunities for all JA individuals and community partners. Bette has a degree in Biology from Carson Newman College with a minor in Business.
She and her husband live in Clemson, South Carolina and have two teenagers.

Casey oversees the daily operation, development, and management of Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina. She has been with JA since December of 2014. While the territory is large for JAGSC - Casey maintains fiscal responsibly and every dollar that is raised in a specific county is used in that county to provide JA programs. She also works with the board of directors - and has helped create a new responsibility for every board member to give back to the organization.
Before coming to JA, Casey oversaw Governor Nikki Haley's Foundation, and before that was in community giving and marketing for a statewide bank in Tennessee. Casey has an undergraduate degree in business with emphasis in entrepreneurship and an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business.

Kinsey joined the JA of Greater South Carolina team in 2023 as our Director of Strategic Partnerships and Volunteerism. She is responsible for recruiting and training local volunteers from the community to teach JA programs in schools across the 43 counties we serve. She is also responsible for engaging and building relationships with our community partners throughout the state.
Before coming to JA, Kinsey worked for Charleston Habitat for Humanity as their Volunteer Coordinator. She also is an Alumni of AmeriCorps National and involved with other non-profits in her community in the Charleston area. Kinsey is originally from East Tennessee and she graduated with a degree in Communications and Nonprofit leadership from Carson Newman University in 2020.

Matt manages JA programs across South Carolina. His duties include training educators on JA programs, overseeing the programs while taking place, managing the Young Professionals Board and the website. Before JA, he was the Volunteer Coordinator for the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice and prior to that he was a banker with First Citizens Bank.
Growing up in Camden, South Carolina, he participated in JA as a student. He has his degree in Business Economics from Wofford College and is a Board Member of Historic Columbia's Palladium board. He and his wife reside in Columbia, South Carolina where they routinely volunteer in their community with their daughter.

Rebecca joined Junior Achievement in 2023 as Capstone Manger to launch new programs that will enable JA to reach more students in all corners of our great state through a unique and innovative mobile business model. Rebecca left the corporate world to join JA out of a passion for empowering and inspiring future generations of South Carolinians to take charge of their financial and professional potential.
She was born and raised in SC, and returned to the South after living several years in the Midwest where she attended North Dakota State University, studying Journalism & Mass Communications with a focus in the psychology of interpersonal communication. She went on to work as a Program Director in global retail and digital marketing organizations. Her personal motto and guiding force for approaching her work and life is, "Leave things better than you find them."

After several years of volunteering with Junior Achievement Susan took the position of Events and Marketing Director in 2000. Susan became Program Manager in 2003, then in 2015 became the Director of Education and Volunteers. Susan is currently the Development Director for Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina. Susan is responsible raising funds to support JA Programs through cultivating donor relationships and planning special events.
Susan has a passion for changing the lives of students by preparing them for the real world and giving them the tools they need to be successful.
Susan is affiliated with several other non-profits and has been heavily involved with the PTA and the SIC at the schools where her three children attended. She currently serves on the RECAB Board, Crime Stoppers Board and has served on the Moonlight and Magnolias Committee for The American Cancer Society for eight years. In addition, she is the Past President for The Pleasantburg Rotary Club. Susan holds a degree in Theatre and Communications from The University of Toledo.
