Our Mission is to enhance the quality of life in our community by implementing the best practices under the guidelines of Green Spring HOA Covenants and Bylaws... The Board of Directors is the Representative Body who are elected for one/two year terms. A President & Vice President are chosen from the Board and approved by the Homeowners votes. The President assigns board members to serve as lot representatives, who oversee the daily operation of the Homeowners Association... The Island Green GeneraI Council of Homeowner Associations is a voluntary cooperative subscribed to by Homeowner Associations located within the 'Island Green Community' at Myrtle Beach. This is a non-governmental, non-profit cooperative existing for the mutual benefit of the Homeowner Associations. Each has sovereign authority provided for in Master Deeds, Covenants, and individual deeds of residential properties, plus representation of other commercial interest subscribers.
