Fernando Vallada joined Julius Baer in 2019 as Strategic Advisory for Brazil and assumed the position of CEO of Julius Baer Advisory Office on its incorporation in April 2021. Prior to joining Julius Baer, Fernando held different senior positions at Goldman Sachs, ABN AMRO Real and Citibank.
Independent Compliance, Anti Money Laundering and Risk Management professional with 22 years of experience in financial markets and more recently, engineering and Infrastructure. In the Financial Markets, Margarida had the opportunity to cover a wide array of businesses in global banks such as HSBC, ABN Amro and most lately Citigroup, as Head of Compliance for Latin America with coverage of 20+ countries. In 2018, Margarida implemented an Integrity and Risk Management program as well as built an Internal Audit structure in one of the largest Brazilian construction companies - Odebrecht Engineering and Construction - obtaining subsequent certification from the Brazil Ministerio Publico and US Department of Justice.
Paulo earned his master's in Economics from FEA-USP and MBA from INSEAD. Formerly partner and chief economist with Quest Investimentos from 2005 to 2013 and professor of International Finance and Business Valuation at INSPER/SP.
Graduated in Economy with a MBA by IBMEC and specialisation in Asset Management by Swiss Finance Institute. Reliance's partner since 2011, acted in the Private Banking sector of Itaú, in the investments' funds board at Banco Intercap with responsibilities in the investment funds management and at Banco Multiplic with responsibilities in the Corporate Banking area.

Rodrigo Bonfim joined Julius Baer in 2017 and serves as Deputy Region Head Americas and Head of Strategy and Business Development for the whole region Americas. Rodrigo started his career at Banco Itaú in Brazil and worked at Goldman Sachs for almost a decade, before joining Julius Baer.
Degree in Economics from UFPE; graduate degree program in Finance. Previously active in Asset Management, Credit and Corporate Banking with Banco Rendimento, Banco Safra and Bank Boston. He has been a partner with Reliance since 2001.
