JW Homecare is a Registered care provider based in the North West with it's registered office in Skelmersdale. Established in 2011 we currently deliver services in Knowsley, Wigan and Lancashire. These home care services consist of 24 hour care and support for people living in their own homes and an outreach and respite facility for people still at home with their families... We provide person centred care and support to children and adults with various needs including dementia, learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and adults with autism and Aspergers... Care : the care we deliver supports the individual person and improves the health of the whole community​​​​​
