Lake County Land Bank is committed to helping revitalize communities in Lake County by improving land, commercial residential property values utilization... Often referred to as the "Land Bank," we are a Community Development Corporation incorporated in the State of Ohio as a not-for-profit. Additionally, the Internal Revenue Service has designated the Lake County Land Reutilization Corporation as a 501(c)(3) organization enabling individuals and other legal entities to donate land and/or make contributions that may receive charitable tax treatment. Also of note is the fact that while statutorily Ohio requires that five of the nine member Board of Directors be an elected officials or community designees, we are not a Lake County Government Agency.
